We agreed to invite QET's regional representative (Jason Gamse) to inspect and evaluate any problems in our home. With clarity, experience, and effectiveness, he explained all the necessary steps and costs to us. The inspection revealed some problems, like mold, lack of insulation, and unwanted chemicals in the water. Jason took pictures of all problem sites. We agreed to a very decent discount. The next day, the friendly and efficient crew, Darrick and Travis, arrived on time, and began the jobs promptly. In the attic we had some multi-layer insulation added to some trouble spots, mold treatment, and a solar fan installed. A mold block was put in the crawl space. We also had a whole house water filtration system and the pro-biotic system installed. Each installation was clearly explained as to purpose, warranty, and maintenance requirements. Upon completion, each area was removed of debris and cleaned. All in all, the experience from dinner to inspection and recommendations to the final installations was a pleasurable experience and made our home (and us) more healthy. Five stars!"
