We needed emergency help with removing our water heater, and thankfully Maurico with Midlothian Mechanical came to the rescue! He arrived within 2 hours, which felt like superhero speed given the situation. Maurico was friendly, professional, and treated our home with genuine care and respect. You could tell he took pride in doing the job right. We couldn’t be more grateful for the prompt service and the peace of mind that came with it. Given an estimate for two people at $120 hour for four hours $500 with a 10% military discount $450. Heater came in on a Friday installed following Tuesday. Got one Person for 1.5 hours of labor with my help and still charged the $450. Company had to come back and cover pipes, leak test and check flame quality. If you receive a hourly labor rate ask if it will be billed as an overall job. I was under the impression it was going to be at the hourly labor rate. if it comes back as a job then it can take and hour or seven but the job rate will cover that.

Moved quickly as I was without heat. Replaced my whole system with a oil furnace and heat pump system. Very knowledgeable and they stayed until 7:00 PM on Friday night\ Valentines Day to get my furnace going so that I would have heat over the weekend. Gary, Shane and John were very friendly and explained everything well. I chose them because Gary spent the most time of any other contractors that came out and explained what they were going to do. The cost was competitive and I can't thank them enough for getting the heat back on in my house.
