"The plumbing team that came to our home was professional however both of the team members forgot to clean up some of the old supplies and left them behind. They weren't able to fix my old shower faucet by replacing the cartridge so they gave us the option of keeping the faucet as is and allowing it to continue to drip/leak or for them to replace the faucet entirely, cut a hole in our wall and install a new one. So we opted to have them install the new faucet which they did a great job of installing except for the clean up part. I'm kind of on the fence with hiring them again, but I may do so in the future.

"Pulled, cleaned, and inspected the sewage pump to find that it was only clogged and was still working. Patrick took a look at the storm water pump as a precaution and caught what could have been a basement flooding situation. That pump wasn't working at all and was one storm away from overflowing. That was a real save due to his thoughtfulness. The price of the work was fair. Much better than another company that looked at the same sewage pump (one that I won't use again due to the price).
