Please reconsider before using LSC Plumbing and be sure to get a second opinion. As first-time homeowners, we received a notification of a possible leak and contacted LSC Plumbing early that morning. Justin came out that same afternoon. He checked the water meter, took a video, turned off the main water supply, and concluded?without inspecting inside the home or performing any diagnostics?that we had a leak in the main water line outside the house. He immediately provided a quote of $6,000, warning us that the price could double if digging had to be done by hand. He also mentioned he does not work with insurance companies and strongly encouraged us to sign a contract and pay a $2,500 deposit right away. Fortunately, while waiting for our homeowners insurance claim to process, we sought a second opinion. Another plumber identified a leak in our bathtub, which my husband was able to repair himself for only $100. Had we trusted the initial assessment, we would?ve been out thousands

We had a slow, nearly indetectable leak in our crawlspace. the plumber came out three separate times to make sure the issue was located and fixed, without question or complaint. we had help from a home warranty in covering costs for fixing the leak, but also separately hired the company to fix a malfunctioning toilet. Labor pricing was reasonable.

The owner was very professional and understanding when I asked about how the process worked. I know nothing about plumbing and I was interested in how he was going to fix it and he took the time to explain each step to me as he did it. I will be calling him again when I decide to remodel my downstairs bathroom!
