They showed up on time, checked out my new sink, faucet set and drain for completeness and compatibility, then went to work removing the old hardware. The sink would not come loose from the countertop, because the installer used construction adhesive instead of caulking, but they guys figured out a way to make it happen without damaging my countertop. Neal noticed the lever control on my new faucet was installed backwards from the factory, and carefully disassembled it and made it right without leaving a single scratch or mark on my new faucet. After everything was installed, they went over the whole thing with a fine tooth comb to be sure everything worked as it should with no leaks, including letting the faucet heat up with hot water and chill down with cold water. They left my kitchen immaculately clean around the work area and carried away all the old parts. Those three guys worked 7.5 hours, not letting a couple of setbacks deter them, finding a way forward, and left me a very happy customer. They were punctual, cordial, polite, knowledgeable and professional. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Art and his apprentice did AMAZING work! They were professional and courteous, and they installed the toilets perfectly. I hadn't known the line to the fridge was broken until shortly before Art arrived (we had the floors done the same day), and even though it was an unexpected repair and kind of an emergency, he was super-nice about it and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. Some people price-gauge when they know you're in a bind, but he didn't. He was extremely fair, and he did great work. I'll be coming to Art for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Art's plumbing did a wonderful job on my home. An inspection was done prior to selling our home, and a h20 leak was found in our kitchen ceiling. We never had a leak there before so we called a professional to help. Everyone was on time, professional, and knowledgeable on the work performed. They checked our pipes, ran the water, did a diagnostics, and determined there was no leak in our kitchen ceiling. We couldn't have chose a better company! Thank you !!!

Fantastic! We are selling our home and my real estate agent referred us to Art. I contacted him about the requested repairs and before he came over, he walked me through the requests and helped me figure out the best possible plan for our response to the repairs. He kept me informed the day he came over as to when he would be at my house, and he arrived with his apprentice Neil. Both are so knowledgeable and they performed quality work. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat and will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues.

Made an appointment with Art and he was very responsive, punctual and professional. He was very busy, but made an appointment with me the very next day. Art and his son showed up on time and quickly determined the cause of the leak. In less than 30 minutes, he removed the toilet, replaced the seal and cleaned up the powder room like new. Very professional and polite. Cost was discounted $15 for Angies List.

Art and Neil were amazing. I called them after another company rescheduled me 3 days out. Art called me right away and made time for me on his way home. He took care of the immediate leak so I could wash dishes and use my kitchen. He was friendly, had a great bedside manner and saved me $300. They will always be my first choice.

The replacement went perfect. Done in a timely manner and reasonable price. Cleaned up after and showed me how to turn off the water for any future problems.

Art's Plumbing Service was an absolute lifesaver! About two weeks ago I woke up and came downstairs to find water all over my kitchen floor and about 3 foot by 4 foot hole in my kitchen ceiling and sheetrock all over the place. Apparently at some point in the night one of the water lines running through the kitchen ceiling burst and had been steadily leaking all through the night until the weight of it caused a cave-in. Of course I immediately shut off the water line. This all happened on a Friday morning . So I immediately contacted Michael and Son's Plumbing to find out how soon they could come out and take a look at the leak and fix it. They told me they would put me down as a 'Priority Appointment' for the very next morning (Saturday). The customer service representative said that if somebody was not at my house by 9:30 a.m. to give them a call. Long story short, by 3 p.m. on Saturday nobody had showed up at all. Some 'Priority' I was! So I just canceled the appointment and proceeded to try and find somebody more responsive. That's when I found Art's Plumbing Servive! When I called I got in touch with Art directly and told him the situation. He said even though his schedule was pretty packed he was going to do everything he could to fit me in and over the next 24 hours he kept in touch with me to figure out what would work best with my schedule. Within a short amount of time he was able to fit me in and came by to make an assessment and do the repair himself! His team was extremely professional and efficient. Not only did he get the repair done within a relatively short amount of time, he took the time to explain the cause of the water leak! Best of all the repair did not cost me an arm and a leg, as I'm sure it would have if I had gone with the original Plumber. Art and his team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with! I will definitely be going back to him for all my future plumbing needs and projects. And being a veteran myself, it's definitely a plus that Art's Plumbing Service is veteran owned and operated!

Art and his very capable assistant fitted us into their busy schedule the very day we called so that our deadline on the house sale closing could be met, despite a vacation for us and time off for him. They showed up amazingly quickly, performed perfect work, and we were charged a very reasonable price. Wish we would have found Art's company many, many years ago, or that he'd relocate to South Carolina with us! He will be highly recommended to neighbors and friends here, however.

Great experience, work was flawless and passed county inspection in literally 5 minutes. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed exactly as the city inspector requested, even above code. Reasonably priced, great value for exceptional work and trusted every step! Super helpful and knowledgeable! We have a heating system that uses how water to heat our home, so when our water heater leaked. It not only flooded our kitchen, we had no water and no heat. Art was able to replace our water heat and get everything back to working properly very quickly and for a reasonable price.

Art did excellent work and was very detailed in every step of the process. He was on time (arrived earlier than designated time) and explained in detail the process.
