I made a call to Baum s Best Plumbing due to a washing machine emergency. The plumber was able to locate via camera a break in the line which caused the water to back up. He was very descriptive & answered all of my concerns. I received excellent care & service and will use them in the future! I highly recommend Baum s Best.

Caleb was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he Would do before he started the work. I have more updating of bathrooms that I will call him for in the future. My neighbor called when he left and asked how I liked him and I gave him a great recommendation. She told me to keep his business card in a safe place as she will call him for her plumbing needs In the future.
