"Outstanding. I asked for and got Karl as my 'handyman.' I had used him before (1-2 years ago) and he was excellent then and was (again) today! Karl is the best...on time, courteous and professional. Bleach—even diluted bleach—is not always the safest option for cleaning your drains. With a high pH, bleach can be highly corrosive to many types of pipes, especially when used regularly. The hot and cold water hookups are the two pipes at the back of the washing machine. In many homes, independent taps turn on or off and are usually located directly behind the washing machine.
