"The whole experience was wonderful. I was referred to Classic Marble and Granite by a friend. My project manager, Kristi McGaugh, showed me around the warehouse area to choose some options. She was very knowledgeable in helping me decide a choice to closely match the backsplash in our home. The process of taking out the laminate and replacing with the marble countertops ran very smoothly and the installers did an excellent job. Being able to choose a sink there and having their plumber install was great. I have already referred a few friends to Classic! Kristi checked back with me after the work was completed to see how everything went and said to call if we had any other questions or concerns."

"Our experience with On the Spot was extremely positive from beginning to end.  We talked with Linda at On the Spot and decided on the Tarkett flooring for our kitchen/laundry room/half bath floors.  As soon as we made our decision, our floor was measured, an accurate estimate given and a date set for installation.  The installers (Don and Dave) arrived as promised, removed the appliances and plumbing fixtures from the area and worked the first day on repairing the old vinyl and applying a skim coat of portland cement to provide a smooth base for the new flooring.  The next day, the new flooring was installed and all appliances and toilet were reinstalled.  The new floor is beautiful and the experience with On the Spot was wonderful.  Don and Dave worked diligently and exceeded our expectations.  Although we were in the house, we have since said that they were such good trustworthy people that we didn't need to be there during the installation.  We will be calling them again when we replace our carpet.."
