"Their representative, Greg, who is NOT a board certified arborist, came to inspect and quote our job. His quote was quite a bit cheaper than another company the quoted the same job, so I hired them. When they arrived, they attempted to back their truck up my driveway, and in the process destroyed an expensive cast-bronze driveway light. They did not notify me. I only discovered it after I walked down the driveway to retrieve a trash can at the curb. I photographed it and presented it to the crew. They only grinned and shrugged (I think only one of the four spoke any English, and he was up in a tree pruning it). I immediately called the company and sent the photos. While waiting to hear back, I kept hearing several loud, thunderous crashes on the roof of the house and shed. I suspected they were dropping cut limbs onto the structures, but by the time I got outside, they had hauled the offending debris off to the chipper/shredder. One worker was standing on the roof of my shed inspecting it for damage. When I inquired what had happened, they held up acorns and Tulip Poplar buds and said (in broken English) that is what was falling on the roof. Nope, it was large limbs. When Greg arrived to inspect the destroyed driveway light, we got out my ladder and climbed on the roof to find a large hole through two layers of shingles where they dropped a cut limb. Greg agreed to replace the driveway light and repair the roof which they did to my satisfaction within a week. But for them to not fess-up to damaging my property was highly unprofessional, not to mention sloppy and careless. I will not hire them again."

She was very polite and offered to bring her crew by the next morning to give me an estimate. The crew arrived on time and seemed knowledgeable and experienced. Ana gave me a very reasonable quote. After reading the company’s positive online reviews and seeing their insurance paperwork, I hired them on the spot. I’m glad I did. I was very pleased with the work of A & M Tree and Landscaping Service. They were very careful at all times and, after taking down the designated trees, they removed all of the tree trunks and debris from my yard. (They had brought their wood chipper with them.) I could not be more pleased with the work of A & M Tree and Landscaping Service. I would definitely hire them again!"

"We have used JL Tree Service twice to help us remove two large Bradford pears, one dying oak tree and do health pruning on our other trees that we want to keep in the yard and make sure they stay healthy. We requested a certified arborist and had a great experience with William. We left oak tree snug as a wildlife habitat and now we can watch all the woodpeckers going up and down the snug. They were very professional and efficient (we had 2 different teams) and our trees look so much better as a result and we are not worried during every storm anymore. We did all our work in February. They offer winter discount. I would highly recommend this company. We are planning to use them again."

Their foreman arrived on the same day (on a weekend) and gave me a quote to remove the dead tree as well as some brush in the general area.
