"My fiance and I really wanted to get a deck put in and close in our back yard. We also wanted a smaller deck put in on our bottom floor as well. We met with Luis and he provided us with examples and suggestions. We decided that we no longer wanted a bottom deck but a patio instead due to all of the great things Luis said about it. I want to say they did an awesome job. My fiance and I could not be more happy with the results. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors as well. I would highly recommend Deck Builders Inc if you ever plan on getting work done. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their work is exceptional. "Problems with the chimney tiles were identified during the chimney cleaning.  They estimated the cost of the repairs and returned a few weeks later to fix the problems.  I don't know enough about chimneys to comment on whether they did a good job, but it appears to be fixed and they offered a 2-year warranty on the work performed.  
I was disappointed with the clean-up after the work.  They unhooked a garden hose to get water and did not re-attach it.  There was an attempt to clean the area in front of the fireplace, but it wasn't thorough.  Both minor offenses, but worth noting.

"Fantastic. Very friendly group, and very honest. Jane passed on any new instructions during the job. I was impressed by the wall paper removal and the painting afterwards. The double checked on some of the instructions to make sure they understood, and the place looked like a million bucks afterwards. They were neat and found no drips on the floors afterwards. Corners were neat without the usual collecting of paint pools. Windows were properly scraped clean."

"Great, provider was very friendly and did a great job.  Left no mess behind and told me about the damage to the inner parts of my chimney.  He said it needed to be replaced but wasn't being a pushy salesman and even said to get some quotes and call them back he I don't find a better deal.  They were on the expensive side when it came to replacing the panels tho.  But overall I would use them again to clean my chimney.
