"Excellent service and install all around! Vernon Jones was so responsive and professional, and they took great care navigating some challenges with a shared fence. His team was incredible! Complete dismantling of an old fence and install of a new one in one day! The product/fence is beautiful and the price much lower than area companies. Thank you, Vernon and team!"
"Marshall Painter and his Project Manager Raul provided an excellent product. Marshall suggested various enhancements to the porch plan and they were excellent. He and Raul were in contact with me throughout construction to ensure I was pleased. Raul managed a team that was hardworking, polite, responsive and showed pride in their work. Several neighbors who observed the construction asked for business cards and followed up with contacts for similar projects. I have been very pleased work and final product."
"I had a great experience with this contractor. They came when they said they would to give me an estimate, the estimate was reasonable, and after collecting two others I chose them. They then came to repoint my chimney when they said they would, they did the work in the time they said it would take, and the finished product looks great. They also cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The job was probably a little more complicated than usual because my air conditioner units are at the base of the chimney, but they navigated around them without any apparent difficulty. I am glad I used them and I would do so again! "
"Jose and his team are the best of the best out there. Whether it is pricing, quality of work, punctuality, professionalism, and their general demeanor, they are the best. I was looking for a contractor to install a porch in the front and a deck at the back and a friend recommended them to me and I’m glad I gave them this job. They did an excellent job. Some of my neighbors liked what they saw and employed them as well."
"Mejias Landscaping is a great choice. He responded to my request for service very quickly and got me a quote at a fair price. I needed some work done right away but I will find other projects for him because he was so efficient and fair. Thanks"
"I had the pleasure of Ernie’s expertise twice over the last six months. My first experience was with my cedar deck which all main support post needed replacement because of rot. Ernie did a great job, being care with our landscaping, on time and for a fair price. My second experience was after the recent wind storm we experienced shingle damage on our roof. Ernie did the repair only two days after I contacted him, again quality work and a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone in need home repair or renovation."
For many people, a gazebo is worth it, but it’s a matter of personal preference. If you love spending time outside but your yard doesn’t offer much protection from the sun or rain, then adding a gazebo might be worthwhile. Or, if you enjoy hosting dinner parties and want a nice outdoor space to gather with your friends, a gazebo could be a good investment.
The main purpose of a gazebo is to provide a covered space for people to gather comfortably. They’re an excellent place for summertime get-togethers because the roof protects you and your guests from the sun. However, gazebos can also serve as a design feature, adding a bit of charm to a backyard or garden.
The average cost to build or install a gazebo is around $5,700, with prices typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. The final cost depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. For example, square gazebos and those made from metal can be more expensive, while brick is a more affordable material. Adding custom features like built-in seating or lighting will also increase the price. You can potentially save money by purchasing a prefabricated kit or performing some of the labor yourself.
To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.
Fascia and soffits differ in their location and design, but fascia vents are the most popular alternative to soffits. These are a bit more hidden than soffits, but depending on the structure of your roof, they can cost more to install and maintain. They are also installed around the entire roof, whereas soffits can be placed only where you need them or, if the aesthetics bother you, somewhere out of sight.
