And what really stood out was the estimators ideas on how the patio could be constructed to blend in with the existing patio. Once the construction commenced everything fell into place perfectly. "This is the third major project that Phoenix has completed at our home, and the results were equally as impressive as the others. The attention to detail and craftsmanship Phoenix brings to any project they take on is second to none, and it was needed to complete our patio and stairs. The deck portion of the project was complex and required the demolition of part of the existing concrete pad as well as en expansion of the previous footprint. The stairs required similar attention to detail to match the existing second story deck while preserving landscaping and mature azaleas that could not be replaced. "DO NOT use this company. I went through Lowes to have a composite deck built. Working with them was an absolute nightmare. It took them 3 months to even START the job. I discovered the reason for the delay is because when they filed the permit (which took them 6 weeks to do), the contractor's license was expired. It then took them another 5 weeks to update their license in order to get the permit. They ordered and installed a completely differently railing style than what was on the contract/design, then blamed me for the mistake. Rather than ordering a new product, they cut the existing one to make it work. I am now 9 months post project, and the railing has warped, the deck is sloped, and the overall quality is horrible. Worst of all, turns out they NEVER GOT IT INSPECTED! I learned that Lowes had to fire them due to MULTIPLE issues with the company. I am thankful I have Lowes to help rectify the issues, but if i didn't, I would be pursuing legal action against them!"

They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They improved the back lawn grading. The quality of job is great. We highly recommend Mike and his team."

Elijah and his team are responsive, come with great ideas, are professional, and they utilize an easy to review project system that was really cool (as you walk with them, they can add or remove items to your quote and it tracks it all). We started our project in March and the rain was a pain, but many times they pushed through since they knew we had a pool opening date that we were trying to keep.
