" Fabulous job done by the company!  Right from the start Luis Figueroa was on time for the appointment, listened to what we had to say, made valuable suggestions and assured us we'd have a beautiful screened in porch!  We interviewed 2 other companies and chose Deck Builders because of the professionalism displayed by Luis and the price point was the best!
The crew was very professional.   Showed up rain or shine!  They worked from morning until dusk and completed the project in about 3 weeks.  If we had a question Franc would answer it or find the answer for us.  All products used are top quality and we expect our screened in porch to last forever!

"Incredible excellent experience.  Rick was prompt and courteous and gave me a good price compared to other estimates.  His crew was on time and hard working.  They worked around bad weather and only came on the in between days that were good.  They exceeded my expectations and replaced every bit of bad wood with PVC.  They caulked all around the windows first and replaced all the bad wood and matched everything perfectly.  His foreman was exceptional and pointed out all the rotted wood including some other areas I had not even noticed.  The price stayed the same with the small extra areas that they replaced and they matched the exterior paint perfectly.  They came over a 3 day period between the bad weather days and only painted when the temperature was high enough.  Rick only came the first day to be certain everything was in order and his foreman took care of everything else.  Frankly in Northern Virginia my contractor experience has not be great over the years, but this has to be the best experience over the 25 years I have lived here.  I highly recommend them to others!
