Jose and his team were excellent. I had a leak in my roof and he gave me an estimate and performed the work within about a week. Took several pics and gave me those thru the process so i could see all they were doing. Also, Jose seemed very honest and spoke very plain and matter of factly which is appreciated, ( I didnt feel he was trying to "Sell Something" only) Highly recommend

Nice service, patience, value

This is the 3rd year I have used Elite Custom Contractors for the power washing of my house and deck. They are absolutely awesome and I have recommended them to several others who are equally impressed. My latest experience was performed by Aldo. He did the entire job by himself for over 9 hours in extremely cold and windy conditions. Despite the weather, he paid attention to every detail of his work. You canâ t go wrong with Jose and Elite Custom Contractors!

I was introduced to Jose Flores by a neighbor. I hired him to power wash, fix, caulk and paint all the exterior trim of my house. He is extremely professional, fair, hardworking, detailed and passionate. He did an excellent job communicating to me when his guys would be working as they had to work around the weather. They did an excellent job including an exceptional job caulking everything and also replacing the front gutter. Jose took the time to explain to me the work they were doing and the products they used. He used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint on trim which is 2nd to none. I could also tell that Jose's guys enjoy working for him and therefor take pride in the job they do, just like him. I have recommended Jose to other neighbors and my parents. I really liked that Jose kept in contact in the days before the project, letting me know exactly when he would be here. It is a great family business who have been in business for 15 years. I had my 4th floor condo balcony power washed and They had no trouble accessing the balcony from the exterior. They were extremely thorough and even power washed the furniture there! Excellent and professional!

Jose Flores and his team are one of the best, if not the best, in the business. Not only did he do my roof, but also power-washed and painted the house. I have since hired him for a myriad of tasks and I can say, without hesitation, that he deserves a 5-Star rating. Jose possess the qualities of not only a leader of an organization, but also has what I value the most--Integrity, Faith, Employee appreciation and he leads and works by example. I served in the US Army for 21 years as a military officer and currently as a Federal Government employee. I value the believe in the traits of leadership coupled with faith-based love for human kind. I interviewed 5 for our first requirement and Jose was far above hands down. All others would ask "how much is your insurance paying you?" But Jose sat down with us, explained the options and their purpose; explained the products and capabilities; and left it up to us. He spent a good hour at this and then we went outside as he showed me what would take place and how our choices would fit and how each would be an improvement no matter the choice. He never once asked how much our insurance was providing for this endeavor. To be honest, his total for the entire roof, painting the all the woodwork, power-washing the house and the patio, driveway and sidewalk, was only $100 more than the total amount I received for the roof. He never once attempted to convince/hard-sell and left choices up to us. His presentation was honest and orderly--he presented and we chose. Since this first task, we have had hired him and his team for other jobs and have recommended him to many. A few of our friends and/or neighbors have already hired him or plan to. I can, without hesitation and w/o doubt, vouch for his work, his personal demeanor, his integrity and his work ethic. And, his team is not "hired off the streets" (although I am not stating that is bad) which leads to consistent workmanship. He takes care of his employees and treats them, as well as us, as family. I strongly recommend that you make him part of your family as well. You will not be disappointed.

Jose and his crew are wonderful! He communicated all the time and kept me up to date. He was always on time and they never left any mess. I will hire him again when I need any other work done. He surprised me by replacing the end caps with beautiful copper solar lights! Very reliable, polite, and extremely conscientious in their work. Think when they were done they must have swept my yard and driveway with giant magnets four or five times to pick up any wayward nails. They explained how they could do the roof cheaper, what the impact may or may not be, and what they would do if it was their house. Great service.

We hired Elite Custom Contractors to wash our roof, siding, and deck. We had been putting this work off for some time, so it was quite the job. Working with Jose and his crew was a pleasure. He came out the same day that I initially contacted him to provide a bid and scheduled us promptly after we decided to contract him. His crew was friendly, efficient, thorough, and on time. The project took the entire day, and the transformation by the end of the day was remarkable. All of the mold was thoroughly cleaned from our roof and siding. The price charged was extremely fair, and we were very happy with Elite Custom Contractors in every regard.
