Juilo and his crew came in and within two days, removed the burning bush, trimmed the remaining bushes, trimmed back the tree and installed a beautiful retaining wall, with river stone and perennials, and added new sod. They explained the problem and the solution, and had a crew here to do the work in just a few days. The crew worked carefully and expertly, and were polite and professional. They also re-set some wobbly front steps and power washed my whole front porch. And as long as they were here, I asked them to install a stamped concrete patio in my back yard. "Next Level did an excellent job resolving my standing water issue in my backyard. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. In doing so, saved me money, which is a blessing. After the work was over and a little TLC, it didn't take long for my lawn to recover. Next Level did an excellent job with the drainage system. A few years prior they also installed my sprinkler system."

"From the minute Elijah arrived to give the estimate to the minute it was done to satisfaction (rain foiled the perfect patio the night it was completed so Elijah's team came back out to re-lay setting sand) the service and professionalism of Cassella Landscaping was a breath of fresh air. Not only did Elijah come to an appointment straight from a funeral - because he did not want to cancel the appointment after it was booked - but he was aware of the environment and called to see if I wanted him to don a mask before coming onto the property. Given this was in the early stages of the pandemic this was a gesture that told me from the beginning he was going to be a solid person to work with. Not only was his estimate the lowest of those obtained he was able to do so on the spot and offer multiple variants of options in the same price quote. When the work began, the crew cleaned up after themselves and were completely professional. Each night when I would get home from work, the job foreman would review the work that they had done and answer any questions I might have had. Again - a trait rarely seen anymore and MUCH APPRECIATED. Should i ever need any landscaping or hardscaping work done again I will immediately turn to Cassella Landscaping and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for the same. "Kevin McCray and his team did a drive through the neighborhood and knocked on my door to ask if I wanted my trees trimmed. I have received several quotes in the past from professional arborist companies which were very high so we could not complete the work even though it was in serious need of being done. McCray's quote was very fair, and while it didn't cover the full extent of work our past quotes had, it covered the main areas of concern for me so I decided to move forward.
if you are looking for a place that will provide full written contract and such, this is probably not the service for you. However, if you are budget conscious and just want a job well done, then they are great. Very professional and courteous team, did work safely with no damage to our house or yard and cleaned up after themselves so you can't tell they were even here. Walked through the scope of work before and after to ensure we were on the same page about what was to be done and for what price. And no money exchanged hands until I was walked through and happy with the result.

I can't speak to their other landscaping work as I didn't have any done, but they do offer other landscaping services as well."

"Mr Friday showed up within the timeframe. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I showed him the lamppost and he got to work. He quickly found the issue and replaced the part. I also asked him advice on some landscape lighting and he gave me some great advice on how to bump up the intensity of the light by buying LED bulbs instead, which I have done. While looking at the outdoor plug for the lighting he noticed that it was not protected from the elements. He ended up installing an entire new GFI plug (old plug rusted out) and a nice hinged plastic bubble thing over the top. He caulked it all off and everything works perfectly. I got a quote for some other stuff too. I would definitely hire Beacon again! Also want to give a shout out to the great office staff (Katie was one) who kept me updated with arrival times and for being very responsive to my questions!"
