"They were on time for every event and did EXACTLY what they said they would. Results were OUTSTANDING! Pre and Post work actions needed were VERY clear from the outset and reminders were sent. Come game day their team showed up on time, with the right materials and right sized crew, and got straight to work. Returned the next day exactly as stated and finished the job, going over the post install instructions to make sure we didn’t do anything stupid to damage the work. Every task fit into the time allotted. No damage to previously finished work - not so much as a broom handle dent in the wall – zip, zilch, nada. I did not have touch anything up. I cannot recall another time where that was the case for construction related work. I have had more than 30 vendors do work here in the 22 years I've owned this house and I can count on one hand the number of times a vendor turned in a performance like Granite Grage Floors.
