"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

The windows are great and I was very happy with them, but I discovered last year that the siding was leaking into my kitchen and much of the wood had rotted. "He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
