"While the house is very nice and seems well built, our concern is the builders responsiveness to issues. Our home is still under builder warranty and yet I can not get a response from the owner to address a few minor items. Now I am sure they are busy as all builders seem to be at this moment, that does not excuse the lack of communication. Not only have we as owners tried to reach him, but I have also the Sellers Agent (his Agent) as well as our agent to try and assist with making contact. To this point, I am filing a complaint through the builders association to try and get ahold of him to address minor issues that probably could be resolved in an hours time. Extremely frustrating but by the same token, we cant continue to hope for a return call that appears to not becoming."

"They were hired to replace some damaged vinyl siding. Project was scheduled quickly, they showed up when they said they would and completed the job very quickly for a good price. All clean-up was completed and you could not tell they had even been there... will use them again."

They did a great job adding a bonus room and bathroom to our beach house, and creating a wonderful enclosed outdoor living area. The Sanderling team does quality work at a fair and reasonable price. Hal is dependable, responsive, and a man of his word. When our room addition was complete with the exception of the mini split installation, I contacted Hal and told him we had family coming down for the weekend and could really use some heat in the room. When the regular installation guy wasn't available, Hal and a couple of his guys showed up on a cold Friday night and worked till midnight ensuring that the mini split was installed and we had the heat we needed. Job well done!!"
