Our home is still under builder warranty and yet I can not get a response from the owner to address a few minor items. Now I am sure they are busy as all builders seem to be at this moment, that does not excuse the lack of communication. Not only have we as owners tried to reach him, but I have also the Sellers Agent (his Agent) as well as our agent to try and assist with making contact. To this point, I am filing a complaint through the builders association to try and get ahold of him to address minor issues that probably could be resolved in an hours time. He handled everything from surveying,lot clearing, septic system, footers, foundation, framing,siding, roofing, windows, doors etc. The best part of the project was the way he finished the interior.
