It was time for a new roof and gutters and after getting about 6 quotes I couldn't have made a better choice with Bill @ United Exteriors! This was a very overwhelming task and Bill came in with good numbers, a great attitude, and a strong work ethic which made my choice super easy. His crew came out on day one and made quick work of the roof and another crew came out a few days later and did the same with the gutters. The work was done quickly, the site was thoroughly cleaned by his crew and himself, and it was as if nothing happened except that I now have a great looking roof, new gutters, and peace of mind. If you are looking to get some work done do not hesitate to hit them up. As a side note, Bill was way cool and just so happens to look like Josh Brolin.

Bill did what he said he would do. Can't ask for more. Also did siding job. Job done right ,on time and budget .

However, I feel compelled to share my experience with my interactions will Bill Johnston and his team who handled my project. Bill is a true professional. He scheduled appointments based on my availability. He followed up in a timely manor and was very thorough in explaining g the process and outlining what he will do to ensure the job is done right. I got the impression. Bill was very passionate about his job duties. It pleases me more to share Bill lived up to every expectation he stated he would do. By the end of my project, I could tell he is not only passionate about the job, he is also caring and committed to the customer. Had an excellent experience through out. I received 5 referrals from Angi. Bill Johnston was first to call and came same day. to do appraisal. Pleasant and professional conversation and then got his ladder . Climbed on roof. Made a very through and detailed inspection then explained what he saw. Roof needs and details about other issues that needed addressing. He spoke that United Exteriors is a Master Elite Roofing Contractor for GAF are authorized offer GAF enhanced warranty . Bill gave a competitive estimate for roof and repairs. He was one of two of five contractors who got on roof to inspect . I spoke with all five. He had covered all issues that others presented. He was able to schedule the work two days later. They arrive on time 6:30am ready to work It was an experienced six person crew that work quickly and professionally. Amazed at focus. These guys are the most professional contractors I?ve worked with in a long time. They do what they say they?re gonna do, and they go above and beyond. Bill came out to give me an estimate for a leak in my roof, was on-time, assessed the situation quickly, came up with a smart solution, and gave me a very competitive price. I had other companies scheduled to come out later on, but felt very comfortable with United Exteriors and decided to hire them on the spot. Five days later my roof was fixed and it looks perfect! I couldn?t have asked for a more seamless, efficient, and stress free experience. We recently replaced our roof and upgraded our gutter system with United Exteriors. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. There was a prompt response to the initial request for an appointment. Mike did a thorough inspection of roof. He listened to our needs and concerns and gave several options for how to meet those needs within our budget. We had a detailed written quote before he left. It was not a pushy sales situation at all. The quoted price was extremely fair (we had three quotes). They scheduled the job quickly as soon as we indicated we were ready and were very communicative during rescheduling that had to occur due to weather. The crews were exceptionally professional and productive for both roof and gutters. Mike stopped by while work was happening and after it was done to ensure that we were happy and work was of high quality, looking it over carefully himself to ensure that it met high standards. We had no issues with cleanup or damage. We recommend with no reservations!

Fabulous job from start to finish. I needed to have some shingles replaced and an attic fan painted because it had rusted and looked bad. I listed my job on a Saturday morning and Bill called me a few hours later. We scheduled a time for him to come out to give me a price for the repair. The job was scheduled and completed within the week. OMG, they did a great job. They arrived on time. The crew was professional and kind. They cleaned up. I love the look of my vinyl siding! Beautifully done! I handled most of the business over the phone with Bill due to my schedule, I thank him for that. He was very polite and professional. We hired United Exteriors, LLC for a small roofing job replacing roof fans, Bill Johnson came by to survey work I needed, and made several recommendations about our roof that needed to be addressed. He offered us a reasonable quote to install a cricket , fix some flashing, as well as the roof fans I needed replaced. He was able to do the job within a week, which took about, 1/2 a day to complete. He was also able to match the color of our existing roof shingles. The finished job looks awesome. Overall, I was impressed, especially after calling other companies that would not take the job or stated that I would have had to buy their fans to do the work. I would highly recommend them and use them again if needed.

Bill showed up with Jorge and helper. They completed some caulking of nails and replaced a torn shingle in roof cap. In addition Bill recommended some maintenance on two chimneys to reattach some flashing and new collars around four roof vents. The nail caulking didn't fix the leak in roof. A reassessment discovered a "soft" spot in the roof and a J- channel that was not carrying water away but banking it against the side of the house. Douglass manufactured a nifty little metal dam that he placed behind the J channel to carry water away from the house. After replacing plywood and shingles in "soft" spot ,a water test of the roof proved the recalcitrant leak of maybe 10 years or more was finally fixed at a reasonable price. Also, good to get the maintenance of chimneys and vent collars.
