"After a hurricane in July, our 5000 square foot 20 year old roof was in bad shape on the back side. We reached out to Steve (owner @ Nansemond) and he informed us the roof was built as a 30 year roof and the damage incurred was not normal wear. Steve was reachable throughout the process and answered his phone any time I called, which speaks volumes to the care he puts into his company.
