Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough. "I have used Worley for a variety of projects with excellent results, but I particularly want to shine a light on the most recent toilet installation. Many years ago, another plumbing company told us that there was a problem pipe in a walls that clogged when we used the two fixtures upstairs for #2. To fix them would have cost us as much as $15000 between the actual repair and putting in new drywall and wallpaper. So, we had a couple of guys come to check out the problem, and they thought the problem was that the two upstairs toilets didn't have enough pressure, and there were modern ones using the same amount of water per flush but had much stronger flushes. Combined, they cost less than $1500. So, they installed them last week and they are working wonderfully! So, Worley's probably save as $13,000 or more. That would be reason enough to hire these guys."

"I have a Heat Pump system that was installed by another company that is still under warranty with that company. That company sent a technician out to diagnose the system. He told me he was unable to diagnose the system because the breaker kept tripping and that he thought I might have a bad breaker, and estimated the replacement at $369. The following day, there was no follow up. No one returned, and after a full day of repeated calls by me and my wife I could not get an update on the status. I’m describing this to let you know how dire my situation was BEFORE I called Absolute Comfort; 2 days without A/C on very hot days and unable to get help from the company I’ve been doing business with for nearly 10 years. I called Absolute Comfort at 3:30 PM. They sent a Technician (Chris), who arrived less than 2.5 hours later. He reattached the wires (disconnected by the other company's technician), and reset the HVAC. The system has been running perfect. The service call fee was a little higher than I’m used to, but well worth it. I will definitely use Absolute Comfort again and recommend them to others. Chris was awesome. I wish I could remember who I spoke to on the phone, because she was extremely helpful as well. I sincerely apologize to her for not remembering her name."
