I am extremely glad I found Galactic Air Inc. I filled out an online service request form and the next morning I got a call. The technician told me when he could get to my house and showed up just as he told me. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He found the problem within a few minutes. "AC was out less than 24 hours. Call the same day it was out. They scheduled with me the next day in the morning. Austin was very personable, knowledgeable, passionate about fixing my AC. He explained everything to me from the diagnosis to the root of the problem, the solutions, what to look for further in regards to my system, and how to keep it going. I was blown away on how comfortable he made me feel and how easy he explained the process so I can understand.
