Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I have used Worley for a variety of projects with excellent results, but I particularly want to shine a light on the most recent toilet installation. Many years ago, another plumbing company told us that there was a problem pipe in a walls that clogged when we used the two fixtures upstairs for #2. To fix them would have cost us as much as $15000 between the actual repair and putting in new drywall and wallpaper. So, we had a couple of guys come to check out the problem, and they thought the problem was that the two upstairs toilets didn't have enough pressure, and there were modern ones using the same amount of water per flush but had much stronger flushes. Combined, they cost less than $1500. So, they installed them last week and they are working wonderfully! So, Worley's probably save as $13,000 or more. That would be reason enough to hire these guys."

"The service/repair went very well.  The existing air handler (a Goodman product) was replaced with a Lenox air handler.  After the Lenox air handler was installed it was determined that the dual zone handler (manufactured by the Green Zone) was faulty and had to be replaced.  Since the Green Zone product is not an "off-the-shelf" and readily available product it had to be ordered and shipped to Art Newsome, Inc.  They took care of ordering the dual zone product and worked around the absence of the dual zone product to provide air conditioning until the product could be delivered and installed.  As soon as Art Newsome, Inc., received the product they arrived to install it.  The installation went without a hitch and the heat pump/air handler have been working perfect;y.  I was very satisfied with the work Art Newsome, Inc. performed.

"After being told by a number of workers (i.e. electrician and Verizon guy) that it felt really cold under our house, we purchased the Angie's List promotion for an air duct inspection thinking we only needed a few patches. I was able to schedule the inspection for that same week and as it turns out, we needed our entire air duct system replaced. The ducts were damaged and laying on the ground under our house. They'd also (apparently) been invaded by rodents and/or snakes. Fun! The inspector gave a quote right then and there and scheduled the job to start the next day. The guys from ADC got started the next morning and in just two short days, we were all set! The workers were polite and professional the entire time they were at our home.
