Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. "I have used Worley for a variety of projects with excellent results, but I particularly want to shine a light on the most recent toilet installation. Many years ago, another plumbing company told us that there was a problem pipe in a walls that clogged when we used the two fixtures upstairs for #2. To fix them would have cost us as much as $15000 between the actual repair and putting in new drywall and wallpaper. So, we had a couple of guys come to check out the problem, and they thought the problem was that the two upstairs toilets didn't have enough pressure, and there were modern ones using the same amount of water per flush but had much stronger flushes. Combined, they cost less than $1500. So, they installed them last week and they are working wonderfully! So, Worley's probably save as $13,000 or more. That would be reason enough to hire these guys."

"The service/repair went very well.  The existing air handler (a Goodman product) was replaced with a Lenox air handler.  After the Lenox air handler was installed it was determined that the dual zone handler (manufactured by the Green Zone) was faulty and had to be replaced.  Since the Green Zone product is not an "off-the-shelf" and readily available product it had to be ordered and shipped to Art Newsome, Inc.  They took care of ordering the dual zone product and worked around the absence of the dual zone product to provide air conditioning until the product could be delivered and installed.  As soon as Art Newsome, Inc., received the product they arrived to install it.  The installation went without a hitch and the heat pump/air handler have been working perfect;y.  I was very satisfied with the work Art Newsome, Inc. performed.

"Work was good. Workers were efficient if not particularly personable. Read the fine print on any offers. Returns, extra exhaust ducts, and disinfectant will cost extra. I was aware of that before they started but it could be an unpleasant surprise to others."

"Dana and his team did a great job preparing our house for move in. The team thoroughly cleaned the dryer duct line that had not been properly cleaned for several years; they cleaned out a high fire risk. They also installed two high quality vent guards to prevent birds and other critters from accessing the dryer duct and first floor bathroom exhaust duct. The team also cleaned the HVAC ducts on our house. They identified some mold in a few of the lines and replaced one of the worst lines. They also pointed out a couple of issues with the HVAC transitions that had tears in the flex line that exposed insulation and some mold on the interior insulation in a metal transition duct for the upstairs HVAC system; both were recommended for replacement or repair by a certified HVAC mechanic. Upon completion, they back-fogged each duct, replaced all vents (28 in total), filled gaps between the metal vent and ceilings on the second floor (should have been done when the house was constructed in 2003), and sanitized both HVAC zones. The mold, issues with the transitions and gaps between the metal vent openings and ceiling holes were not note by the home inspector prior to closing, and were not disclosed by the previous homeowner. Total cost for all the work was around $3300. While the price might seem high, the quality and thoroughness of the work completed, the professionalism and efficiency of the crew, and the large volume of work (cleaned 28 vent lines plus the the main trunk for each of two zones) was very reasonable for the time required and the labor quality. In our prior home, I used another local company who advertises through ValuePak to clean the ducts. Following their service I had issues with collapsed HVAC duct lines afterward that caused icing on the AC unit. Initially, the other company was significantly cheaper, but their work was shoddy, their technician was not as careful and diligent, and ended up costing about the same on a smaller house due to the problems caused by the cleaning. I highly recommend Dana and Airight. I will definitely be calling on them again for dryer vent line and duct cleaning in the future."

They called back shortly to set up an appointment for service at an agreeable time the next day (within 24 hours). The two men arrived on time and checked the equipment. They found the likely cause of the problem, were very pleasant, informative, and professional. We plan to set up a seasonal maintenance program with this same company for two independent heating/cooling units in our home.
