This water was coming from the drain of the air conditioner on to my porch.He went in the attic and developed a plan to solved the problem. After telling me and my daughter what his solution was. We agree with him. He did a great job. No water draining on my new deck. Yes I would use them again."

"Good Seasons Home Comfort Solutions exceeded all my expectations! Both of our existing HVAC units died within one week of each other during the heat of the summer, so I needed help quickly. The owner, Kurtis, came out promptly, and I was immediately impressed by how professional and easy to work with he was. He provided affordable and comprehensive solutions for my needs, carefully evaluating the setup and making thoughtful recommendations. Kurtis and his team worked around my Airbnb bookings without any issues, which was a huge relief. The installers were polite, professional, and kept everything clean as they worked. Their attention to detail was exceptional—they left the worksite spotless and even added a rock border around the units, which was a polished and thoughtful touch. They installed a heat pump for the upstairs, AC with a gas furnace for the main floor, and a mini-split in the basement. "Kellam made an appointment to do a plumbing maintenance call. Said the tech would be out between 8 and 12 so we remained at home. They didn't arrive so at 1pm I called. Received a text the tech would be there. He arrived around 2pm. When we bought the tankless water heater they told us that with the maintenance agreement they would come out each year, check it out and flush the system. Apparently the new owners decided that doing the flush with the agreement wasn't making enough money, so we were charged $630 to flush the system. Then the tech found a corroded piece that he had to order and would return in 5 days to install it. No show - no call. We have made appts which were cancelled at the last minute. They are no longer reliable or financially friendly. I will NOT do business with them again."
