My tenants called me and informed me that the AC Unit was dripping water inside the return that's near the floor. I called Paul and he came right out. He determined that the drain line was clogged as well as the Evap Coil extremely dirty. My tenants had failed to properly replace the filter monthly which lead to the system being extremely dirty. Paul vacuumed the line and clean the Evap Coil and had the AC unit back up and running. He is my "go to guy" for all my HVAC needs.

My HVAC system starting blowing hot air and the force of the air was very faint. Paul came to my house and inspected my system. He had concluded that the system had ran extremely low on freon and that was a leak in the line. He searched and found the link and repaired it by cutting out the section of line that had a hole in it and then soldered a new piece of copper pipe in the line. He then did a leak test for the section he fixed to ensure that there was no leak. He then blew out the system to ensure there was no trash in the line. Then he refilled my HVAC system with new freon. He was very professional and honest. Paul was highly recommend by Mr. Hawkins, who  owns Hawkins Heating and Conditioning, whom I know personally. I will  use Paul again and again. His has a great team.
