"We moved into a new house and after some unusually cold temps found the heat wasn’t keeping up. Called Russel’s and scheduled appt in a few days but asked if someone canceled and they could fit us in sooner , we’d appreciate it. They ended up sending somebody out that night. Didn’t take long to figure out the issue. And the technician was very nice and helpful. Even sent quotes very next day for some additional work that we’re considering."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The company came out and service my system years back. They replaced my system with a new system. I kept my old system in the back. What they did I couldn't believe they returned and took my old trane heating unit and replaced it with an hailer. I called them and asked to return my Trane unit. My phone calls were no longer taken. I spent $6,000 on that new unit and they in return stole my Trane unit and replaced it with a cheaper brand. I definitely will be calling the police on this. This is how u treat customers who paid you. It's called GREED and STEALING. I spent $6,000 on a new unit and they did this. Asked Renee the name of this business owner she didn't respond to my email or calls."
