Norfolk Plumbing

Steven from Norfolk Plumbing came to our house yesterday to install a new kitchen sink faucet and flush the tankless water heater. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. I expect we will have more work for him in the future. I can confidently recommend him to others.

I requested to have my mother's sewer line cleaned out under the house and out to the city clean out box. After they were done, I was asked to call the city to get them to go from the clean out box to the main in the street. The city thought there was a problem with the lateral coming from my mother's house, so I had Norfolk Plumbing come out and run a camera through the line as requested by the City. Norfolk Plumbing found there was nothing wrong with anything on my mother's side but did find a collapsed line on the city side. Norfolk Plumbing was fair priced and very friendly and professional people to work with. I will use them again and suggested them to everyone I know. They are top notched that can handle a variety of your needs. Steve P.

This was the first time that I used Norfolk Plumbing, but I was very happy. They were on time, and the fellow was very professional. He wore a mask, which I appreciated. He replaced the garbage disposal and cleaned the combustion chamber of the water heater. As far as I can tell now, the quality of the work was excellent. I only wish that I had thought to use the 10% off of labor coupon.

Originally they were going to install the tank less hot water heater in the attic where the original hot water heater was located. However the gas line was not large enough for the tank less model. At no additional charge they relocated the tank less hot water heater to the garage.

When I discovered water around the base of my hot water heater I immediately called Norfolk Plumbing, It was aroud 10:30am on July 3rd so I didn't expect them to be able to come to my house until after the July 4th holiday. The receptionist asked for the dimensions of my current water heater as well as the make and serial number. She told me that my water heater was still under warranty and that Norfolk Plumbing would contact to manufacturer even though another plumber installed it! To my surprise, Norfolk Plumbing was at my my house aroud 1:30pm that afternoon wih a replacement water heater, Mark and Robert did an outstanding job and I had hot water a few hours later. I've only been billed for labor as Norfolk Plumbing is still working with the manufacturer of my old water heater for the warranty reimbursement. I also had to use Norfolk Plumbing for a water leak under my house a few weeks ago and once again they impressed me with their professionalism, quality of work and reasonable prices.

After I discovered a leak in my crawl space I contacted Norfolk Plumbing. I contacted them around 9:30am and they had a crew at my house a few hours later. Both Mike and Jason were excellent. They identified the source of the leak as a toilet . As this was a special order they came back in a few days when the replacement toilet arrived. The installation was done professionally and I felt that the price was outstanding especially since they had to come to my house twice (to do the diagnosis and again to do the installation). I would definitely use Norfolk Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends.

They showed up on time and we had one plumber working in the kitchen while his assistant worked in the bathroom. They were polite and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. We were happy with the results.

My husband put almost an entire roll of paper towels down the toilet. It was nice because they fixed the issue and I didn't have to be there.

The price is always good with them. I have used them for the last 20 years. 

They do excellent work and have no problems with them. The plumbers are great.
