"Great, on time, friendly took extra care with moving my piano"

"Fantastic from beginning to end! From our first phone call with Don, until delivery day, our belongings were fully packed and delivered as promised and on time. Nothing was lost or broken. We move frequently and this was by far our best move. No surprises, very professional!"

"Roosevelt Moving did a fantastic job with my move. They arrived on time, handled my furniture and belongings carefully, and disassembled and reassembled my bed at my new apartment. They moved everything up three flights of stairs without any issues and were professional and efficient throughout the move. The total cost was $320, which was much more reasonable than the other companies that reached out to me. There were no surprise fees, just a straightforward hourly rate. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers."

"Everything went as planned. They showed up early on the planned day. The workers were efficient, friendly and went beyond what I expected. The owner checked on the progress throughout the move. I would definitely use this company again!"

"I was extremely impressed! The price was quite reasonable, and they handled my rather strange situation with professionalism and efficiency. The care they used in transporting my pianos was remarkable - not ostentatious, just effective and efficient. They scheduled the move accurately, and kept to their schedule - very much appreciated!! The customer service ahead of time was excellent - I had several conversations and texts with Pearl - and that continued through the whole moving day process. Overall, just remarkable!"

"The move itself went very well. The movers were very careful, punctual, and professional. Making the appointment, getting an estimate, and dealing with the customer service staff was good as well. But the true test of a good company vs a great company is how they handle the things that go wrong, that is where NOVA Express Movers really came through! There was an oversight on my first move. I should have been given a discount for paying in cash that I did not receive. I know this was an honest mistake by the crew manager. When I contacted the office, the very professional staff agreed to refund my over payment. They also broke the wooden music holder on my upright piano. The crew was very careful, it was just a difficult piece to move. To their credit they told me about it right away. I contacted customer service to seek a repair. Ultimately I ended up taking it to a professional furniture repair shop. They said to let them know the cost and they would send me a check to cover the repair. I did this, the cost was $170, I sent them a copy of the receipt. The manager very happily sent me a check to reimburse me. I'm really pleased with how well the move went, and how professional and pleasant the staff was to work with. I felt they really wanted me to be happy with their service, and I am! I would definitely use them again."

"Fantastic. This was a hard job with difficult driveway to moving a piano up a steep flight of stairs. Greg the owner and his crew did an amazing job and were more then accommodating and positive."

"Review VKH Movers 5/1/2020 We very much appreciate Vlad and our moving crew from VKH. Vlad was the most prompt and professional of all the moving companies I contacted (about 6 different companies). He was very easy to talk with as we worked through the entire quote process. Our crew was professional and careful and communicated well throughout. They arrived on time and worked very hard the entire time. We own a studio piano that we’ve had for about 30 years but still looks new. We’ve had it moved several times over the years, but no company was as careful as VKH. They wrapped it carefully with blankets, shrink-wrapped it, and then tethered the dolly strap securely. Because of our closing date, our things needed to be stored over a 4-day period at their warehouse before they could be received at our new home. It was a bit of an intricate move, but they handled it very well. We very much appreciate Vlad, VKH, and our 3-man moving crew. Thanks Vlad! Mark and Debbie"

"They were flexible with their schedule. They did a good job moving stuff and were on time. There was no damage."
