My house has a side entrance which made the move pretty challenging, but the excellent crews who moved the piano out and back in were very creative in accommodating the challenge with the front door and they took great care not to damage my railings on the stoop. Mike came out to the house to look things over and talk through the details of my move requirements; most of the bids were all virtual, this personal touch did make a difference. The price he quoted ended up being right in the middle of the other bids and I went with them. Moving day was scheduled on a day that was calling for TERRIBLE weather and Mike was able to accommodate my request to move the date up by a day which was perfect.
