"My home needed more functional closet space in the master bedroom, and I wasn't sure how to make it work given the space restrictions. I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. It even included some imagery to help me imagine things more clearly. Their pricing was competitive and I decided to hire DiJulio Contracting as I felt most confident and comfortable with them. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. Their workers were all very courteous, punctual, and most importantly for me, cleaned up each and every day. "The best way for me to sum up my experience with Wells & Wells is simply. You are doing business with just genuinely good people. They take pride in their work, and their customer interactions. Our deck was destroyed by falling trees during the snowstorm in January. We had a regular wood deck and we thought the damage was extensive. After many contractors Wells was the only one that came by and provided an honest assessment. They didnâ t cut corners for cost purposes, they were just honest and real about what needed to be repaired. The not only repaired our deck, they almost completely rebuilt it. For all intents and purposes we now have a new deck. We were able to upgrade from wood to Trex (due to the current cost of lumber). The folks at Wells even told us about the cost differences in wood and Trex and provided professional advice in helping us upgrade. They never tried to price gouge us, they never took advantage. They arrived everyday on time and completed the work on schedule. Throughout the project they would check in to ask how I felt about their work as the project progressed, and they walked me through once it was completed. My wife and I were so impressed with their work that we will be contracting with them from other future projects to improve our home. Itâ s just great to know companies like this are still around."

"They were incredibly responsive and professional. Within two weeks, we scheduled the job and they stuck to the timeline. I'm used to contractors not being timely and this was not the case. They started when they said they would and finished a day early. They were accommodating with our choices for stain colors and even offer to move furniture in and out for a reasonable fee. I watched the guys move the furniture and they were incredibly careful in doing so. My floors look phenomenal and we were incredibly impressed with their workmanship. "While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."
