"My home needed more functional closet space in the master bedroom, and I wasn't sure how to make it work given the space restrictions. I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. It even included some imagery to help me imagine things more clearly. Their pricing was competitive and I decided to hire DiJulio Contracting as I felt most confident and comfortable with them. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. Their workers were all very courteous, punctual, and most importantly for me, cleaned up each and every day. I am so happy with my new closet and overall the process was very easy. I highly recommend Scott and his team at DiJulio Contracting."

The work started and finished on time , the guys were incredible , their skill were evident from demolish, debris removal to installation. Tony was amazing in helping us make choices for vanities , cabinets, faucets, tile choices, light fixtures and paint colors. We love our new bathrooms and Kitchen. "This is the company to pick. This is the third kitchen renovation I have done so I have had some experience with contractors. By far this is the easiest and most professional group in the area. Despite COVID, this project went extremely well from start to finish. Our designer Calvin was flexible and easy to work with from day one. I had an idea what I wanted, and he took my ideas and made them better. I was able to pick and add what I wanted, like adding in the backsplash and sink I found online. He was so easy and down to earth. They didn’t nickel and dime me- the price was the price. Jason managed the work onsite with Elvis and the team. They were always on time and extremely professional. Jason was a perfectionist and checked all the work, his standards were higher than mine, always making sure everything was excellent quality. Jason would call me EVERY afternoon and check in to see how the work was going. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are responsive and actually care about the quality of their work. They managed all the work and workers. Added plus was they were very flexible and respectful with the fact we had kids and were working at home during the renovation and COVID (and had a dog). I found this company by researching online reviews. So glad I did my research because I love these people!!"

That said, make sure one of those quotes is from Navid and his team. I’ve always found that you don’t want to go with the big firm that advertises everywhere - you end up paying more. You also don’t want to go get the cheapest job you can find, because you’re probably getting low quality work too. What you really want is that middle ground, the personal touch, the care taken to make your project amazing, and the input from the contractor. "The price was very competitive. It included material and labor. Their quality was better than other contractors who have done work for us. can't even tell that he cut out the drywall and replaced it. For responsiveness, they were right there and on time. They kept everything very clean, put tarps down everywhere. You couldn't even tell there had been a construction company here. He was on time, he is good about his word, very clean."
