I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. It even included some imagery to help me imagine things more clearly. Their pricing was competitive and I decided to hire DiJulio Contracting as I felt most confident and comfortable with them. "They were incredibly responsive and professional. Within two weeks, we scheduled the job and they stuck to the timeline. I'm used to contractors not being timely and this was not the case. They started when they said they would and finished a day early. They were accommodating with our choices for stain colors and even offer to move furniture in and out for a reasonable fee. I watched the guys move the furniture and they were incredibly careful in doing so. My floors look phenomenal and we were incredibly impressed with their workmanship. "This is the company to pick. This is the third kitchen renovation I have done so I have had some experience with contractors. By far this is the easiest and most professional group in the area. Despite COVID, this project went extremely well from start to finish. Our designer Calvin was flexible and easy to work with from day one. I had an idea what I wanted, and he took my ideas and made them better. I was able to pick and add what I wanted, like adding in the backsplash and sink I found online. He was so easy and down to earth. They didn’t nickel and dime me- the price was the price. Jason managed the work onsite with Elvis and the team. They were always on time and extremely professional. Jason was a perfectionist and checked all the work, his standards were higher than mine, always making sure everything was excellent quality. Jason would call me EVERY afternoon and check in to see how the work was going. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are responsive and actually care about the quality of their work. They managed all the work and workers. Added plus was they were very flexible and respectful with the fact we had kids and were working at home during the renovation and COVID (and had a dog).
