"It took me over a year to find a company to remove a wall and remodel my kitchen. I was very pleased with DiJulio Contracting. I wanted to have a wall taken down in the kitchen in my townhouse to create some more space and open things up. This company was very affordable, and were able to start the job and complete the kitchen remodel promptly, as time was very critical in this instance for me. Their crews were all very friendly and professional and Scott was easy to communicate with throughout the process. I will keep them in mind for any home remodeling projects and will recommend 100%. "Nick and the team at Jaber Construction changed my perception of working with contractors. Nick was professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the various trends, styles and items we had to decide from. He gave us honest opinions about how to move forward and communicated the process clearly and effectively. His team of workers were respectful of our space and worked diligently to ensure completion of the roof as there was a chance of rain that evening. Even with the messy work of ripping off the old roof and putting in a new one, the crew cleaned up the space and left our home as they found it! Highly rated team for any and all home care work. "We wore hesitant to go with this project because I have never done any remodeling before but we were glad we went through it. We enlarge our existing home we had a second-floor addition we add more rooms more bathrooms more space for me and my family we found Manex through our neighbor they were working on their home, adding an addition. We contact them and they came. Giving us an estimate Helped us with the design and plan After we got our permits, we started the project. We were happy. Of course, there were some upsides and downs but overall I am happy with their work. Highly recommend it. Communication was good. That was very important for me because I travel a lot."

"The entire process was great. All Renovations listened to my needs and then developed a workable plan. They then implemented that plan beautifully. They finished our basement from an empty concrete space to a beautiful living space with a kitchenette, dining area, social area, theater room, full bathroom, and bedroom/library. Our basement is now the nicest space in our house. They installed full size egress windows with window wells for extra light. All finishes were high-end such as granite countertops, porcelain tile in the bathroom, and solid wood cabinetry. Our All renovations estimator/project manager (Omar) made great suggestions in how best to deal with how to hide ducts, support structure and plumbing so that you would never know you were in a basement. He also kept the project on budget and on time, while minimizing costs were possible. Adrian was our main crewmember/contractor and he was a true craftsman and a joy to work with. All of the subcontractors they brought in were exceptional as well. Everything from the rough carpentry, pluming, and electrical, to the finishes in terms of paint, flooring, tile, and cabinetry came out flawlessly. I consider myself very picky and cannot say enough good things about how well this whole process went. All renovations listened and they delivered, and we now have a gorgeous basement we use every day."

"This is the company to pick. This is the third kitchen renovation I have done so I have had some experience with contractors. By far this is the easiest and most professional group in the area. Despite COVID, this project went extremely well from start to finish. Our designer Calvin was flexible and easy to work with from day one. I had an idea what I wanted, and he took my ideas and made them better. I was able to pick and add what I wanted, like adding in the backsplash and sink I found online. He was so easy and down to earth. They didn’t nickel and dime me- the price was the price. Jason managed the work onsite with Elvis and the team. They were always on time and extremely professional. Jason was a perfectionist and checked all the work, his standards were higher than mine, always making sure everything was excellent quality. Jason would call me EVERY afternoon and check in to see how the work was going. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are responsive and actually care about the quality of their work. They managed all the work and workers. Added plus was they were very flexible and respectful with the fact we had kids and were working at home during the renovation and COVID (and had a dog). I found this company by researching online reviews. So glad I did my research because I love these people!!"

That said, make sure one of those quotes is from Navid and his team. I’ve always found that you don’t want to go with the big firm that advertises everywhere - you end up paying more. You also don’t want to go get the cheapest job you can find, because you’re probably getting low quality work too. What you really want is that middle ground, the personal touch, the care taken to make your project amazing, and the input from the contractor. "I interviewed serveral contractors for the bathroom remodel at a rental house I own in Pennsylvania in September of 2024. Being from out of state, I was worried it would be hard to find someone reliable. I got a great vibe from Expro Renovators LLC, when they came out to survey the job. They gave me the best bid for the lowest price, and delivered a beautiful bathroom on time and on budget. And MUCH cheaper and nicer than those companies that advertise one day installation, with sub par materials. When we did run into some unexpected problems, the company worked with me to find a solution that I was happy with and within my budget. This may sound like a commercial, but I'm a real person and a satisfied customer, (which in my experience is not that common with contractors these days). If you have doubts, I've told the folks at Expro Renovators they may selectively give out my contact information to prospective customers. Would I use them again? Well, I have a kitchen that needs a makeover as soon as I have the money, and they'll be getting my business."
