"My home needed more functional closet space in the master bedroom, and I wasn't sure how to make it work given the space restrictions. I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. Nick was professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the various trends, styles and items we had to decide from. He gave us honest opinions about how to move forward and communicated the process clearly and effectively. His team of workers were respectful of our space and worked diligently to ensure completion of the roof as there was a chance of rain that evening. Even with the messy work of ripping off the old roof and putting in a new one, the crew cleaned up the space and left our home as they found it! Highly rated team for any and all home care work. "This is the company to pick. This is the third kitchen renovation I have done so I have had some experience with contractors. By far this is the easiest and most professional group in the area. Despite COVID, this project went extremely well from start to finish. Our designer Calvin was flexible and easy to work with from day one. I had an idea what I wanted, and he took my ideas and made them better. I was able to pick and add what I wanted, like adding in the backsplash and sink I found online. He was so easy and down to earth. They didn’t nickel and dime me- the price was the price. Jason managed the work onsite with Elvis and the team. They were always on time and extremely professional. Jason was a perfectionist and checked all the work, his standards were higher than mine, always making sure everything was excellent quality. Jason would call me EVERY afternoon and check in to see how the work was going. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are responsive and actually care about the quality of their work. They managed all the work and workers. Added plus was they were very flexible and respectful with the fact we had kids and were working at home during the renovation and COVID (and had a dog). I found this company by researching online reviews. So glad I did my research because I love these people!!"

That said, make sure one of those quotes is from Navid and his team. I’ve always found that you don’t want to go with the big firm that advertises everywhere - you end up paying more. You also don’t want to go get the cheapest job you can find, because you’re probably getting low quality work too. What you really want is that middle ground, the personal touch, the care taken to make your project amazing, and the input from the contractor. "I interviewed serveral contractors for the bathroom remodel at a rental house I own in Pennsylvania in September of 2024. Being from out of state, I was worried it would be hard to find someone reliable. I got a great vibe from Expro Renovators LLC, when they came out to survey the job. They gave me the best bid for the lowest price, and delivered a beautiful bathroom on time and on budget. And MUCH cheaper and nicer than those companies that advertise one day installation, with sub par materials. When we did run into some unexpected problems, the company worked with me to find a solution that I was happy with and within my budget. This may sound like a commercial, but I'm a real person and a satisfied customer, (which in my experience is not that common with contractors these days). If you have doubts, I've told the folks at Expro Renovators they may selectively give out my contact information to prospective customers. Would I use them again? Well, I have a kitchen that needs a makeover as soon as I have the money, and they'll be getting my business."
