"Good. I received estimates from several companies. Pricing ranged from $700 to $900 so I first agreed to go with the company who offered the $700 price. They were to put me on their schedule the following week. That was back in July. That company never showed up, even after a follow-up call. So I decided to go with Ross Tree Service. With all the rain and storms we've had I thought it would take some time for them to get me on their schedule since my work was not an emergency, but they came out the following week. They trimmed back most of my front tree but they needed to come back with a bucket truck to trim down the top of the tree. They came back today to finish the work and they did a nice job. My tree looks pretty bare right now, but I know it will grow back and I won't have to worry about branches falling off this winter. I also won't have to do much leaf raking this fall either. The crew did the job pretty quickly and cleaned up the yard and parking area when they were done. I would use them again the next time I need work done on my tree."

"Destiny's Tree Service is a wonderful company to work with. We had two huge Leland cypress trees twice as tall as our house, wedged between two houses. Marvin and his Destiny's crew were amazing. They skillfully removed both trees, being careful not to damage the houses, roof, bushes, and lawn. Then they did a perfect job again removing two big stumps. Everyone paid such attention to detail. "We were delighted with the responsiveness, work, and price for R&R to take down the upper portion of a tall tree that had snapped 50' above ground, with the snapped top hanging precariously, partially attached but ready to fall. We got three estimates. The first tree company kept saying how dangerous it was, how difficult to take it down, how complicated, and then said it would cost $1500. The 2nd company wanted to tie the top of the tree to their truck and pull it down, for $600 (an option we thought was highly questionable). R&R came out within 24 hours of our call, sized it up, explained in detail how they would go up an adjacent tree, tie off the broken tree section for safety, then climb the problem tree 50' and cut down the broken portion and lower it to the ground, then cut it up for us -- for $480, using a crew of three. We saw other great reviews on Angies List and signed a contract with R&R and within a few days they had done it professionally, safely, just as they said. We also had them prune two overgrown crape myrtles, for $100 each, and they did an excellent job with them as well, and cleaned up everything afterwards. We were completely satisfied and definitely would use them again."

It was very reasonable, we requested to see his insurance papers which he had his insurer email us in a reasonable time. Mike called to schedule a start time & they showed up & really worked hard. It took longer than anticipated, but he always called to keep us in the loop. Bottom line we were very pleased w/ his service.🙂"
