Best contractors near Nokesville, VA

"This was the third project Munoz Construction completed for us and we couldn’t be happier with the result. This project was mainly focused on renovating our primary bathroom along with exterior painting, deck repairs and additional electrical work. The reasons we keep hiring Munoz Construction is because they do excellent work and Jose Munoz communicates very well throughout the project so there are no misunderstandings and the customer gets exactly what they want. Jose’s teams are always respectful of our home, making sure to cover the floor with drop cloths and cleaning up thoroughly before leaving each day. Jose is meticulous about everything being done properly to achieve the best possible result. We couldn’t recommend Munoz Construction more highly. This is the only general contractor we will use as we trust them implicitly."

"My home needed more functional closet space in the master bedroom, and I wasn't sure how to make it work given the space restrictions. I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. It even included some imagery to help me imagine things more clearly. Their pricing was competitive and I decided to hire DiJulio Contracting as I felt most confident and comfortable with them. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. Their workers were all very courteous, punctual, and most importantly for me, cleaned up each and every day. I am so happy with my new closet and overall the process was very easy. I highly recommend Scott and his team at DiJulio Contracting."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"The best way for me to sum up my experience with Wells & Wells is simply. You are doing business with just genuinely good people. They take pride in their work, and their customer interactions. Our deck was destroyed by falling trees during the snowstorm in January. We had a regular wood deck and we thought the damage was extensive. After many contractors Wells was the only one that came by and provided an honest assessment. They didnâ t cut corners for cost purposes, they were just honest and real about what needed to be repaired. The not only repaired our deck, they almost completely rebuilt it. For all intents and purposes we now have a new deck. We were able to upgrade from wood to Trex (due to the current cost of lumber). The folks at Wells even told us about the cost differences in wood and Trex and provided professional advice in helping us upgrade. They never tried to price gouge us, they never took advantage. They arrived everyday on time and completed the work on schedule. Throughout the project they would check in to ask how I felt about their work as the project progressed, and they walked me through once it was completed. My wife and I were so impressed with their work that we will be contracting with them from other future projects to improve our home. Itâ s just great to know companies like this are still around."

"Mr. Gámez had good suggestions on how to meet our design goals in these spaces. The work was done very professionally and looks fantastic. The work crews were skilled and conscientious and were a pleasure to work with. Workers were on site 6 days a week during the work period and the work was completed in only 5 1/2 weeks. We had none of the usual contractor horror stories, only a very smooth experience. We highly recommend Omar’s for painting and remodeling work of any kind."

"Nick and the team at Jaber Construction changed my perception of working with contractors. Nick was professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the various trends, styles and items we had to decide from. He gave us honest opinions about how to move forward and communicated the process clearly and effectively. His team of workers were respectful of our space and worked diligently to ensure completion of the roof as there was a chance of rain that evening. Even with the messy work of ripping off the old roof and putting in a new one, the crew cleaned up the space and left our home as they found it! Highly rated team for any and all home care work. We will definitely be working with them again!"

"It fulfilled all our expectations. The work was carried out by the All Renovations INC contractor, Adrian Rodriguez, who was meticulous in his attention to detail and performed the work—some of it needing a high level of creativity as well as expertise—with professional excellence. Adrian performed some additional work at our request, work that we wanted done but hadn't envisaged when we signed the contract. That of course pushed up the contract price. Finally both Omar, the company's owner, and Adrian, were always available to respond quickly to any questions we had. We are very satisfied with this company."

"Steve Everett is the most pleasant, honest and hardworking contractor I have ever worked with. We had unexpected hurdles which is typical for any big renovation job,... things beyond his control and mine. He kept his sense of humor and professionalism up until the very end. He is an excellent craftsman, problem solver and very creative. Would hire him again!"

"We were very pleased with the project and promises and completion by WaterStone Kitchen and Jeff Thompson's expertise. They were very professional and completed the job on the promised date even after a few additions were requested on the job. Staff and personnel were also very adaptive and profession as well."
