Best garage pros near Broadlands, VA

"My husband and I hired Jose and his team to build a uniquely styled detached 600 square foot garage in the spring of 2018 and then in the winter of 2019, Jose and his team returned and completely renovated the outside of our house (see above for details). In addition, they renovated a 600 sq. foot roughed in back two rooms of our house with an extension. For both projects, we were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the final outcome. Both projects were somewhat complicated and challenging in both design and permit requirements, but in each case, Jose and his team, with great capability overcame all obstacles and produced the outcome we wanted. His team was professional, on time, focused, and very friendly. Their craftmanship was exceptional. They were creative and talented artists. Nothing was done in a sloppy manner. It was evident to me that they took great pride in their work. As an extra bonus, at the end of each day, they cleaned up the work area. The contractor Jose was extraordinary in every possible way. He was extremely personable, answered all of our questions with patience, and produced solutions to the questions and ideas that we had. We really appreciated the guidance and suggestions he provided. For example, first he suggested in-ceiling lighting and then smaller lights than we originally had in mind. Both suggestions created a spectacular look! His team also rebuilt our out-dated and rotting round front porch pillars into large square pillars from scratch. They were not pre-fab. They raised our back room roof 5 inches and had to dig under the current slab and add concrete along the entire base next to the pilings that were already there. They came up with a creative way to do this given that there was no room to insert the cement truck pipe. He also arranged with our power company to come and turn off our electricity while they replaced the siding on the side with the power lines. Jose and his team did many extras for us, some asked for by us and some that Jose thought of himself. Home renovations are normally stressful but honestly, both our garage and exterior/backroom renovations were an enjoyable and a mostly stress-free experience. Our next plan is to have Jose and his team renovate the inside of our house which will include wall removals, new bathrooms, new kitchen, flooring, wall repair/painting and many smaller changes. One more thing to add: Jose’s pricing was fair and reasonable. We highly recommend Munoz Construction company. I have no doubt that you will be pleased."

"We loved working with Click Construction. Alan was very responsive and answered any questions we had. He gave us a fair price and checked in on the project frequently. The team working in our house was very discreet and professional. We are working from home and barely heard them and they were doing major construction upstairs."

"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

"Sean designed the kitchen very professional. The project manager Jason was great calling everyday to make sure everything went well that day with the project he would come in the morning to clean all the debris from the garage also would tell us what was scheduled for our project on the next day ,the star of the project was Christian was very talented knows his job he stayed until the. Job for that day as done didn't matter what time it was. The best remodeling experience great co"

"Archtex and his team build an addition for my house. They did a great jobs, we and the neighbors love it. They finish before the due date. I would recommend them and will hire them again."

"We are thrilled with the home office/guest room that All Renovations just completed for us. They were the lowest of 3 quotes that we got and I know cheapest isn't always best, but they had just done the same project elsewhere in our neighborhood and were recommended. Once the permit was finally done they got started within the week and we're amazed at how quick it came together. The crew showed up when we were expecting them, were really pleasant, and always put in full days. The existing garage roof demo and plywood frame/new roof were done in 4 days! Estimator Omar, project manager Jim, and crew chief Tony were all great to work with, very responsive, and were able to address all of our questions and any minor issues that needed to be addressed. Start-to-finish it took 4 weeks and we can't wait to get furniture in and start using our new space!"

"Devin, the owner, had done remodeling for four of our neighbors all of whom were extremely pleased. When we bought a new house that needed significant work, we knew that we wanted to have Devin do the work. Because of our difficult seller, Devin's estimate was the only estimate we received. We knew that he was not cheap but that he would do quality work. He began work as soon as we closed on the house. Devin promised that we would be able to move in by six weeks. He and his contractors worked hard and long hours. At one point he had 25 workers there. And yes, we did move in at six weeks. When we did ask him to add work to the list, he was always fair. His professional judgment as a builder is excellent. He offered us many useful suggestions. Devin is a very nice guy and very easy to work with. We are extremely happy that we had him do work on our house."

"I’ve been using Matt and his team for years! They renovated my kitchen, basement, bathrooms, painting, and various handyman work. They do it all! Prices are very reasonable and they are honest and do a great job. I highly recommend them."

"I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. I have never seen a group of people work in such a coordinated, efficient, and diligent manner. His separate teams for plumbing, electricity, carpentry, flooring, and cabinet and appliance installation were extremely punctual, professional, and dedicated, sometimes working well into the evening. They never missed a schedule. The quality of their work was supreme. All county inspections passed. Jonathan also went above and beyond to accommodate my change orders along the way, and turned out very nicely. Above all, their pricing was very reasonable and more competitive than most quotes I got. I want to say thank you to Jonathan and the team and wish Best Homes LLC continued success!!!"

"Navid and the team did so many things for my house- EV charger installation in the garage, ceiling lights in several rooms, TV mount on a wall that needed extra supports (basically mounted on the wall that originally couldn't hold it). They also did re-doing fences and deck for the other house we own. All excellent work and Navid's attention to fine details were so much appreciated. He would suggest things I didn't think of when I asked for things - like symmetry of ceiling lights and locations to increase possible sales value, location of EV charger based on my height, and more and more. They clean after their work as well. Also the work is excellent. Highly recommended."
