"Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. "This work was done under warranty related to a major project R&M did in 2010.  The major hale storm in the summer of 2010 badly damaged our roof and aluminum siding.  R&M was selected to replace the roof and the siding.  The total job was in excess of $25,000; fortunately it was covered by our insurance policy.
We were very pleased by the earlier work. So, for this work I called R&M thinking we would be paying for a small project.  Kyle Hoffman, president and owner of Roofing & More, came and personally inspected the damage.  He made a video of the damage and described what needed to be done.  The video was then sent to the office via the Internet and a request was made for a technician to come as soon as one was available.  While sitting in our kitchen Kyle checked the office records via phone .  He then told us that the work was under warranty from the initial job and that there would be no cost to us.
The technician came in less than an hour, he knew exactly what to do, and he did it quickly.  He was professional and polite.
My wife and could not have been more pleased. This was exceptional service!

"I was so happy with the work that Young Environmental did in my rental home.  I am located in another state and couldn't fly back when the basement of my rental home flooded in June.  I had had a few not-so-great experiences with other contractors, so I joined Angie's List to hopefully make some more progress with getting the repairs done.  I contacted 3 companies in order to get a quote to do the work.  I spoke to Peter over the phone and was impressed that they would send someone out to do the estimate in person, the other company just guessed based on the information I gave them over the phone.  The estimator came out the next day and I had the quote later that afternoon.  I spoke to Peter again to ask more questions about the process, and then decided to use Peter as his quote was better than the other company and I liked his professionalism.  The work was scheduled to be done the following week and the team showed up on time and took the estimated time they said they would.  I was able to take care of payment over the phone with Peter while the team was doing the work, and he even honored the Angie's List discount the following day when I realized that I had forgotten to mentioned it originally.  Overall, one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor and I would definitely recommend this company to others that need abatement work done.

"There's nothing worse that dealing with pooring rain and strong winds and then hearing the drip, drip sound of water coming into your home due to a damaged roof. I reached out to roofing repair companies through Angie's list and Roofing Pups responded. Marcus came out the next day and put my fears at ease. The bad news was that I needed a new roof. He showed me my options available, categorized as "good", "better" and "best". Despite my choosing the lowest option, he still threw in some discounts and upgrades at no additional cost. I signed the contract and he arranged for someone to come out at tarp my roof.
