They were the lowest of 3 quotes that we got and I know cheapest isn't always best, but they had just done the same project elsewhere in our neighborhood and were recommended. Once the permit was finally done they got started within the week and we're amazed at how quick it came together. The crew showed up when we were expecting them, were really pleasant, and always put in full days. The existing garage roof demo and plywood frame/new roof were done in 4 days! Estimator Omar, project manager Jim, and crew chief Tony were all great to work with, very responsive, and were able to address all of our questions and any minor issues that needed to be addressed. "Devin, the owner, had done remodeling for four of our neighbors all of whom were extremely pleased. When we bought a new house that needed significant work, we knew that we wanted to have Devin do the work. Because of our difficult seller, Devin's estimate was the only estimate we received. We knew that he was not cheap but that he would do quality work. He began work as soon as we closed on the house. Devin promised that we would be able to move in by six weeks. He and his contractors worked hard and long hours. At one point he had 25 workers there. And yes, we did move in at six weeks. When we did ask him to add work to the list, he was always fair. His professional judgment as a builder is excellent. He offered us many useful suggestions. Devin is a very nice guy and very easy to work with. We are extremely happy that we had him do work on our house."

"Navid and the team did so many things for my house- EV charger installation in the garage, ceiling lights in several rooms, TV mount on a wall that needed extra supports (basically mounted on the wall that originally couldn't hold it). They also did re-doing fences and deck for the other house we own. All excellent work and Navid's attention to fine details were so much appreciated. He would suggest things I didn't think of when I asked for things - like symmetry of ceiling lights and locations to increase possible sales value, location of EV charger based on my height, and more and more. They clean after their work as well. Also the work is excellent. Highly recommended."
