Sunroom project was flawless and seamless from demolition to the new construction. Justin Gash, onsite project manager, couldn't have been better. His attention to detail on a daily basis was excellent. DDR was responsive to requested changes to the original plan. I would highly recommend them for any project.

DDR's staff and contractors were very professional and efficient. Our project Manager, Trudy kept us apprised of what to expect on a daily basis. She always made herself available for our calls and questions. We highly recommend DDR. The new roof over our porch ties into our home exactly as we envisioned. Great job DDR and Trudy!

DDR came out and helped with the design of our addition. They gave us a timeline and they delivered on the start date and the completion date. Our project manager Nate was great to was great to work with. He sent work schedules to us weekly which was very helpful. He also went above and beyond several times to make sure that everything went as expected. I can’t say enough good things about him. I would definitely recommend DDR if all of their projects go as well as ours did

We hired Distinctive Designs to replace our deck and build a new covered patio and space for a hot tub. It turned out even better than expected and we LOVE how it turned out. They did a high quality job, were flexible working through different decisions and Trudy was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I chose DDR for my covered patio project because they did several similar projects in my neighborhood and their work looked like it had always been part of the house and very well- built. The salesman was very knowledgeable and heard us out, and made a plan to give us more than we imagined based on our price point, addressing all our wants and then some. They provided CAD blueprints, pulled all permits and scheduled all inspections. All work was finished from framing crew to final inspection in less than two weeks. The project manager gave daily updates and personally oversaw the work. We definitely feel like we got our money's worth with DDR and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to add outdoor living spaces.

I would highly recommend utilizing DDR to build an ADU. It was important to us to have the design of the carriage house fit with the aesthetics of the neighborhood. The end result blended the new construction with the surrounding 90+ YO homes. The dedicated Project Manager, Chris, was fantastic to work with and kept the project on budget/timeline. My mother in law has moved into the unit and is extremely happy with the space. She is enjoying being close to her grandchildren and my wife and I appreciate the extra help with errands/babysitting. Building the ADU was the right choice for our family and using DDR was the right contractor to make it happen.

can not recommend, salesman was great although nothing he told us has happened, since then we are still waiting for footers to be poured, they have worked 4 da in 5wks. the project manager has told us they would be there several times but no on shows up. He told me last time it was the weather but the weather has and was 80 with no rain in sight. Not someone that we recommend unless you want to be ignored and left hanging with no one to speak with that will respond with any urgency. They are very good at talking good game, but they they do not want to do the follow thru to complete the job

This company far exceeded our expectations!! We had a roof added to an existing deck and the results were even more than we had hoped for. Our project manager, Trudy, visited the jobsite daily to ensure everything was being done correctly and on time. She provided us with updates on what to expect as the project moved along. DDR completed a basement remodel for us. The project actually started earlier than planned (win!) The entire DDR team were extremely nice, did great work and put up with our vocal dog! Kyle did a great job coordinating / communicating. He went above expectations to make sure we were pleased with our final product! We do appreciate everything and would highly recommend DDR.

The process to build a screen porch was so easy. Met with the designer first. He listened to what we wanted and designed it perfectly. The different crews that worked on the project were great. We new when they were coming to the house and was told beforehand what to expect from each crew. Each crew cleaned up every day. The porch looks great and makes the house look better. I would suggest to anyone doing a remodel project to call DDR
