I would highly recommend utilizing DDR to build an ADU. It was important to us to have the design of the carriage house fit with the aesthetics of the neighborhood. The end result blended the new construction with the surrounding 90+ YO homes. The dedicated Project Manager, Chris, was fantastic to work with and kept the project on budget/timeline. My mother in law has moved into the unit and is extremely happy with the space. She is enjoying being close to her grandchildren and my wife and I appreciate the extra help with errands/babysitting. Building the ADU was the right choice for our family and using DDR was the right contractor to make it happen.

can not recommend, salesman was great although nothing he told us has happened, since then we are still waiting for footers to be poured, they have worked 4 da in 5wks. the project manager has told us they would be there several times but no on shows up. He told me last time it was the weather but the weather has and was 80 with no rain in sight. Not someone that we recommend unless you want to be ignored and left hanging with no one to speak with that will respond with any urgency. They are very good at talking good game, but they they do not want to do the follow thru to complete the job

This company far exceeded our expectations!! We had a roof added to an existing deck and the results were even more than we had hoped for. Our project manager, Trudy, visited the jobsite daily to ensure everything was being done correctly and on time. She provided us with updates on what to expect as the project moved along. I would recommend anyone needing services in this area check with DDR firsts. Their professionalism and attention to detail will leave you glad you chose them for your needs.

DDR completed a basement remodel for us. The project actually started earlier than planned (win!) The entire DDR team were extremely nice, did great work and put up with our vocal dog! Kyle did a great job coordinating / communicating. He went above expectations to make sure we were pleased with our final product! We do appreciate everything and would highly recommend DDR.

The process to build a screen porch was so easy. Met with the designer first. He listened to what we wanted and designed it perfectly. The different crews that worked on the project were great. We new when they were coming to the house and was told beforehand what to expect from each crew. Each crew cleaned up every day. The porch looks great and makes the house look better. I would suggest to anyone doing a remodel project to call DDR

They did a wonderful job tearing my old structure down and building a beutiful patio with a cathedral ceiling. The installed a ceiling fan and matched the house with the siding perfectly. I would definitely use the again
