Jose’s teams are always respectful of our home, making sure to cover the floor with drop cloths and cleaning up thoroughly before leaving each day. Jose is meticulous about everything being done properly to achieve the best possible result. We couldn’t recommend Munoz Construction more highly. This is the only general contractor we will use as we trust them implicitly."

"My home needed more functional closet space in the master bedroom, and I wasn't sure how to make it work given the space restrictions. I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. It even included some imagery to help me imagine things more clearly. Their pricing was competitive and I decided to hire DiJulio Contracting as I felt most confident and comfortable with them. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. Their workers were all very courteous, punctual, and most importantly for me, cleaned up each and every day. "From start to finish, All Renovations (Mir) was very responsive which is important to find a contractor who is. We were moving back into the area and Mir was wonderful in working with us through email and phone. We were nervous to have work done while not there to see what was going on but pictures were sent and any concerns were addressed. They made it so easy for us. "This is the company to pick. This is the third kitchen renovation I have done so I have had some experience with contractors. By far this is the easiest and most professional group in the area. Despite COVID, this project went extremely well from start to finish. Our designer Calvin was flexible and easy to work with from day one. I had an idea what I wanted, and he took my ideas and made them better. I was able to pick and add what I wanted, like adding in the backsplash and sink I found online. He was so easy and down to earth. They didn’t nickel and dime me- the price was the price. Jason managed the work onsite with Elvis and the team. They were always on time and extremely professional. Jason was a perfectionist and checked all the work, his standards were higher than mine, always making sure everything was excellent quality. Jason would call me EVERY afternoon and check in to see how the work was going. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are responsive and actually care about the quality of their work. They managed all the work and workers. Added plus was they were very flexible and respectful with the fact we had kids and were working at home during the renovation and COVID (and had a dog). I found this company by researching online reviews. So glad I did my research because I love these people!!"

You also don’t want to go get the cheapest job you can find, because you’re probably getting low quality work too. What you really want is that middle ground, the personal touch, the care taken to make your project amazing, and the input from the contractor. "Jeff Thompson was a life saver for us. Our designer introduced us to him when we were searching for help after having another contractor completely ruin our kitchen, living and dining remodel project and losing a lots of money. Jeff came in to inspect the work, gather our requirements and then laid out a plan within our budget to fix the mess left behind by the other contractor and complete the job. He was very patient, understanding and most importantly honest with us about anything we asked regarding the project. His team was top notch working diligently to help complete the project within the timeline Jeff provided especially since the work was starting around November and completed in time to host my family for Christmas in December.
