Eddie was very responsive and made a product recommendation on a special order. Price was slightly higher than Lowe’s or Home Depot but product was superior and installation truly professional. Alberto and his crew arrived five minutes early and finished 15 minutes quicker than he estimated. The crew was efficient, personable and did a great job from start to finish. Highly recommended!

From the initial no-pressure quote to the completion and clean up of the project, we were very happy working with Virginia Exteriors. The roofing crew showed up early in the morning, and worked until night to get our roof installed. They raked the lawn after to pick up any nails, debris etc. The owner Eddie was great to work with. He checked in several times during the day and followed up with us after the project was completed. We also had him replace 5 bedroom windows, at a later date. Fair pricing, respectful crew, meticulous work. They even hung our blinds back up after the windows were installed! We would definitely work with them again.

Eddie helped me navigate a window warranty issue and saw it through to installation. His team is very professional and courteous. Eddie certainly knows his business and products.

It was fabulous. They were on time and the workmanship was exceptional. The product was great and they were beautiful. Excellent carpentry work match the existing.

Had gutters installed 3 years ago. Didn't think things looked right(crooked, loose, steep slope), so crew came back out and said the gutters were installed correctly. Gutters are falling off the back of my house at the 3 year mark. Buyer beware.

Great! Eddie was very responsive and clear on the scope of work and pricing. The crew came early to prep and got all 22 windows (and drywall), including specialty windows, done in one day. We are very happy!

These guys are REALLY good! The whole process was easy and painless! They keep you updated each step of the way on the status of your project. Everyone I dealt with was completely honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was amazed at how quickly they installed the windows and how good they look! We still have 16 windows to go and I won't be calling anyone else. There might be someone out there that is less expensive but these guys are worth every dime!

It went great until we had an issue. The gentleman who made the sale was extremely responsive as is the office staff. Unfortunately, the people who came out to do the work installed the wrong closer the first time, came and almost installed the wrong one the second time had my wife not questioned what they were doing. I sent them pictures and video of the hinge pulling away from the door the week it was installed (it was clear it was pulling as the caulking had separated when the door was locked in the open position by the closer) and they said they couldn't find any problem when they sent someone out to look at it. They put a few nails in the capping they put on the frame and the nails did absolutely nothing to address the problem. I explained the problem in as much detail as I could (in addition to the photos) so not sure how there was any confusion. I waited to see if the problem got worse and it did so I emailed them again within the first year and they told me that the problem was due to excessive force on the door. I could (and would) agree with this had I not notified them them immediately upon installation of the same EXACT problem and they sent out people to fix it but clearly they didn't properly communicate what the problem was so they never fixed the problem as I communicated it to the office. Very disappointing as they were referred to me by neighbors. They did offer me a discount as the door had some scratches on it. Had I known that the workmanship would be an issue I would have found someone else to do the job.

Thank you Angie's list for once again steering me in the right direction. My first experience buying Vinyl windows for my town home over 10 year's was a buyers nightmare.  The "Best Sale of the Year!".. The, "you have to buy today".. The, "Let me call my manager" (at 10 pm..) and this was after the 4 hour long appointment...They are still on the radio having the best sale of the year EVERY WEEK .. Really?  Or buy four get one free (but the other four mysteriously are 25% more than normal)..

Did I mention most companies would only come if my husband was home as well? And the prices were from $400 to $1500 apiece! I was about to give up when I found on Angie's list a company called Creative Windows.. They sent out a representative (Bob) who was professional, on time and informative. Best of all.. he met me alone and put no pressure on me to buy while he was there. In fact suggested I talk to my husband and let him know when we were ready.. PS.. I bought that night and a week later, the owner of the company himself came out to do a "final measure" then order the windows. 4 weeks later my windows were installed in one day. Great job!

So that was ten yeas ago.. We have since added to our family and moved into a single family home that immediately needed a basement window.. I looked again for Creative Windows but couldn't find them.. not wanting to go through that ordeal of the sales nightmare again I chose Zen windows and was satisfied.(over the phone quote, good window)..

With all of the storms and wind that we had, it became obvious that we would need another 10 windows before we had originally thought and were going to reuse the previous company... But then I saw an ad for Virginia Exteriors..(formally Creative Windows!)  Guess what!? I called and who did they send out but Bob!  He explained they were missing a lot of siding and roof work under the name Creative Windows so they changed their name.. This time he suggested an insulated framed window called Renovations as we seem to have colder winters and more storms here locally. I braced myself for the price but breathed a sigh of relief when they were only $75 more dollars then what we had paid  over 10 years ago.. Once again Eddie the owner came and took custom measurements and had them installed in one day again. It is so nice to see a company that retains it's employees and is reliable. It seems to be a rare thing in this day and age.. I HIGHLY recommend them if you need windows.. We are saving for our Creative/ oops, lol Virginia Exterior's roof next year.. Keep up the good work Bob and Eddie!
