Ryan had the lead on the windows, and although he wasn't talkative, he kept me informed all along the way and answered my questions. 3. Door replacement: We had the front door replaced. Autumn had the lead on the door and did a superb job. Her attention to detail was above and beyond and we now had a door that is both beautiful and functional. As a side note, our salesperson, Mark, helped guide us through the initial process and was always available to answer questions (even after the install).
