"Ryan Scott and Cinjin Rhodes were my instillation techs and they both did a great job. They arrived at 8:30am and were done at 4:15pm. They didn't even take a lunch break! I think this new tub to shower conversion will help me stay in my home longer. It will be safer than getting into a bathtub to take a shower. It looks great and I'm very happy with the service. "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."
