"Aesthetically the wall looks great, however the review and photo attributed to Jason T. was not by me, although that is MY property. I have repeatedly requested they come and repair the residual damage done to my lawn shown in the photos I have uploaded without resolve, after 3 weeks of repeated request. It is for this reason I would not employ them for any other effort especially seeing they attributed the review attributed to Jason T.when this IS my PROPERTY! My efforts to upload pics give the following: "This file is too large and can't be uploaded. Max file size is 5MB" Update as of 01/19/2026 I wrote an earlier review and the more About the previous rating I gave (a 3) the more what I have had to do to recover the lawn I had and after having 2 other lawn care companies point out what was needed to have may lawn recover come spring. I had confidence in the Angie rating they say is verified which I will no longer do as the "5" rating for "MY" property by Jason was not verified by me, the property owner and the person "WHO" paid the $5,300..00. Who is Jason T and they called it verified...!!! I will share my text with this company requesting redress without satisfaction and only told they were "...too busy" In my previous post I can show you I paid them $1K more than their initial bid because they were $3K less than the next lowest bid I received thinking they were young and trying to get off the ground with the hope I could have them become my lawn care server, well... I would not hire them to sweep my porch !"

They called me back as promised and we met up the next day as scheduled. Perry was already on site before I had gotten there. We walked through the project and agreed on the price. He came out the next day and got everything cleaned up that day as promised. Fantastic job, would use them again in a heartbeat. "

"Before August 12, 2024, Angi connected me with Rubio Landscape & Maintenance to install my sprinkler system. He asked for 3 payments and promised me it would be completed in 2 weeks. I paid him the initial deposit of 12,175 on 09/02/2025, 2nd payment of $,6087.50 on September 11, and the third and final payment when the job is completed. He has not completed the job, and he started calling me while I was on vacation, asking for money. He wants me to go to the bank to pay him before the job is completed. He was obnoxious and disrespectful. He is so impolite. No manners. He did not complete the job until Oct. 6, 2025. I found defects in the work, like the sump pump was not installed properly. The machine was loosely connected to the post. It was so loose it rattled when windy. I was afraid it was going to fall off and create a hazard. He would not fix it, so my handyman and I reinforced and put additional screws and bolted the pump."
