"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!"

The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached. "

As a business owner myself, I know Yelp is the only truly honest review site, and clearly, I wasn?t the only one with a bad experience. When I called, they told me a technician would come in the afternoon. A young guy named Chase showed up?nice enough, and I?ll give him that, he was polite. At first, he said the AC was fine. A few minutes later, though, he changed his mind and said the motor wasn?t working properly and needed to be replaced. I also mentioned that I was planning to get a new unit next summer or possibly combine my two units into one. He quoted me around $1,080 (before tax), saying it was a "member price" or something like that. I looked up the motor online?it was listed at $106. I told him it felt like a rip-off. He said the price included installation. I said, ?For 30 minutes of work?? He offered to call"
