"Drained my Hot Water Heater and completed some standard maitainance. He thought we may need to replace and quoted me for a new tankless hot water heater. He also pointed out a broken seal around my roof vent cap, which I later fixed. Fortunately he was able to get my current heater running without issue avoiding the costly replacement. He could have just said I needed a new one, but did not . Honest, even at his own cost. Great guy, when I get ready to replace, he will be my first call."

Customers say: Quality work
"This company is awesome! I had my foundation repaired so I needed a plumber to come out and make sure I had no breaks in my sewer line. Tom sent Greg a very nice and professional gentlemen showed me with a camera that my lines had no breaks then cleaned out a drain line caused by A/C slug without breaking the bank like most plumbing companies. I have finally found a plumbing company for life."

"Lou Warren was very cordial, competent, and willing to share his plumbing knowledge. At my request, he performed our job on a quoted hourly rate. This allowed me to drain our old water heaters (a time consuming task) and disconnect them in advance. He made a fair Master Plumber rate for the reduced time he needed to do a quality installation. We have a quality installation at a fair cost."

Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

The cost to install a drain pipe is $600 on average, but the total can range between $150 and $2,000. Some cost factors that influence your project price include the type of drain, the area’s accessibility, the proximity of existing drain lines, and whether you’re installing a new drain or replacing an old one. Replacing the p-trap or s-trap under a single fixture will usually cost around $150, while replacing a main drain pipe can cost well over $2,000.
Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

We highly recommend leaving the work of replacing drain pipes to a professional plumber. Drain pipes are a key part of your plumbing system, and making mistakes during the installation or even using the wrong size pipes for your specific fixture can lead to an elevated risk of leaks and clogs. Additionally, drain pipes prevent harmful sewer gas from entering your home, so hiring a professional plumber is essential to keeping the risk of leaks and clogs low and avoid reducing your indoor air quality.
