I built a small home for my mom And Tim did a fine job on my project. Nice and neat I would definitely use his company again.

Workers were very courteous. Owner seemed very knowledgeable and was respectful of our home. He used a video camera to show the problem.

Called them Friday night; they were at my home before 9 Saturday morning. Honest down-home folks sincerely concerned about you and your problem. Highly recommend.

Everything was good

Tim responded very quickly and came out to provide a visual inspection and show me the video of the problem. He gave me a quote for the repair within an hour and began the repair the next day. Very responsive, and a great Company to work with.

Straight forward approach to sewer line replacement.

Had Chaste Tree roots clogging my sewer line near the cleanout port. I have been running a 6â auger down the cleanout once every few days for about 6 months otherwise things start backing up. Finally decided it was time to get it repaired. Requested quotes from several plumbers. The others were fairly certain the tree wouldn't survive the repair or would have to be removed completely, which made us sad because we love the chaste treeâ ¦itâ s one of the highlights of our backyard. In comes Brenekâ s Plumbing. Tim Brenek called me up last Friday and said he could send Greg out to run a camera the next morning. Greg came by on time Saturday morning and was great to chat with and provided excellent service. By his running the camera, he determined exactly where the trouble spot was. Greg was pretty confident the section needing repair would be about 1â -2â from the treeâ s taproot and that the tree could be spared. Later that day I got the quote. Brenekâ s offered the best price of the lot; so, awarded the work to them. Tim Brenek (owner) came out this morning with a good dig crew who got the repair done in about 2.5 hrs. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Communication was great. Service was professional. Dig crew was efficient. And the end result was excellent. I'd definitely recommend this company.

Greg and Tim were great to work with . They explained the problem and how they were going to fix it After three years of paying different plumbers to come and solve the issue, Greg came in and in ten minutes he showed us where the problem actually was ! Big ups to Brenek"s, Plumbing - they saved me a bunch of money and added a 10 year warranty !!

Breneks came within three hours of my call. Four other companies said they would come a day or two later. Fast, courteous, and cordial!

Very knowledgeable and explains the whole process

Mr. Brenek has been a plumber for over 30 years, he is a Master Plumber and is assisted by Greg, who is also very capable. I felt very comfortable in my selection of them. They seemed to be the most knowledgeable, very familiar with the usage of the camera, locator, etc. They did an excellent job of replacing my existing sewer line, starting Monday morning and it was turned back over to me today (Wednesday morning). The excavation and installation of the pipe were all completed the first day. Tuesday was tied up waiting for the City Inspector and the Excavator filled it back in this morning. Mr. Brenek was with me every step of the way, used a very good excavation company for the digging. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

This company is awesome! I had my foundation repaired so I needed a plumber to come out and make sure I had no breaks in my sewer line. Tom sent Greg a very nice and professional gentlemen showed me with a camera that my lines had no breaks then cleaned out a drain line caused by A/C slug without breaking the bank like most plumbing companies. I have finally found a plumbing company for life.

Tim was very responsive, courteous, and effective. They did the job quickly. Had permits and inspection done fast. Cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy with it all before he left. We have him a memory stick and he gave us a copy of the video of the inside of all the plumbing done. I also got emails for the invoices and receipts right away. I would definitely hire them again. They were a priced a little bit more than other quotes (but not ridiculous like the big plumbing guys in town!) but they were worth it. I hired them because I felt more confident that they could do the job the best and it was worth a little extra money. They gave us a 10 year warranty. Would hire them again for sure.

They put the camera down my mainline without charge and found two problems; a dip caused by the cheap pipe used to build our house and a broken connection to the MUD line. The MUD district repaired their break and Brenek replaced 65' of 20PVC with 40PVC with a 10 warranty. They also repaired a toilet installed improperly by the builders that was leaking. I am so happy to have these issues resolved, but disappointed in myself for waiting so long to get the repairs for fearing the cost. We used our Tax refund and Brenek financed the rest. Tim and Greg were awesome and even swept and mopped when finished. ⠤⠤⠤

I hired Breneks Plumbing in a pinch because there was an awful sewage smell in the house I just purchased, and it needed immediate attention. I found Breneks through homeadvisor.com, where they were highly recommended in online customer reviews, but we were very unhappy with the work they did and the experience we have had dealing with them since. They charged us $8999.99 to fix a broken flange under one of the toilets in our house but that DID NOT RESOLVE the smell issue that we initially called them about. Complicating the matter, the justification they provided for needing to do the extensive [under slab] work contradicted an inspection that had been conducted in the weeks prior to me purchasing the house. Despite asking for it, Breneks failed to provide photographic backup of the broken pipe (before or after), which could have been used to dispute the previous inspection. At one point during the repair, I was shown a picture they claimed was a broken pipe under my slab but for some reason they did not provide it to me upon request, so I am not certain if that was actually a picture of my pipe or not. Additionally, they failed to secure proper city permits so there is literally no accurate record of the work they claimed to do for us and no way of knowing if everything was done correctly. Its also worth noting, they initially dug in a spot where there is a buried gas line on my property. At first the owner, Tim Brenek, was willing to address our concerns by offering a partial refund ($2800 for overages we incurred when they initially dug up the wrong part of my yard) and by coming back out to further inspect the problem. Eventually, Tims emails became more combative and at one point he called me a liar, blamed us for the problem and he insulted my wife. Despite that, Tim sent me an email in December and committed to delivering the partial refund to us in January but that refund never arrived. Now Tim has stopped responding to our calls and emails. While our experience with Brenekâ s plumbing contrasts greatly with the many positive reviews posted online we want to make sure other consumers are aware of what happened to us so they can make the best decision for themselves. IF you are committing to major work with Brenek, make sure they secure the proper permits and demand that they provide photo back up of the problem and the repair. Without the permit, there is no inspection to show that the work was completed as promised and installed correctly. Without photo backup, there is not an accurate record of the break or the repair.

Very happy wIth Breneks Plumbing. I needed to replace a major portion of my 36 yr old, 4-inch main sewer line. Tree roots had penetrated a pipe joint, and I also had standing water in a large low section, both of which have caused blockages in recent years. The estimate was done within a day after I contacted them, and the work was scheduled within two days and completed in one working day, as scheduled. Very happy with Tim, Greg, and the digging crew and the good attention to detail. They arranged for the utility markings ahead of the digging, and they protected my yard from a big mess with large sheets of plastic to hold the dirt while they had the ditch open.

I cannot say enough great things about Brenek's Plumbing. Tim, Greg and their team are just good people with great customer service. I called them and got a quote the same day. Replacing a main sewer line can be a costly expense but compared to the quotes I received, they gave me a fair price for replacing my sewer line up to 40". Greg explained the entire process to me from start to finish. The digging crew showed up exactly when Greg said they would at 8AM and they were finished before lunchtime. My only small complaint is that the crew did not put my landscaping bricks exactly as they were but other than this, the job went smoothly. Greg identified and explained any other potential plumbing issues and made sure I was completely happy before leaving. In addition to this, my water heater went out the following week and I called Tim in a panic that morning. He gave me an affordable quote to install the new heater and haul the old one. By afternoon, he personally installed it and my hot water was restored the same day. This company has literally saved my life twice in one week. I highly recommend them for any plumbing services and have recommended them to family and friends.

My experience was great with this company. The technician Gregory was very kind and professional and he called us in advance to inform us that he was on the way to our residents and he was on time. We requested to have a pipe camera examination done to locate our cleanout valve only to discover that we don't have one. Greg showed us the entire breakdown on the camera analysis to show us where the problem was and what our options were to resolve it. He answered all of our questions and concerns and again was very professional in doing so. Also the owner Tim Brenek was on his game as well keeping in touch us from beginning to end making sure that we were satisfied with the his technician and work preformed.

They had did a great job we had a big problem that went through three houses and they were constantly fixing problems and thatâ  s what I loved and they did a great digging job and put everything back to how it was and thatâ  s what I loved my yard looked how it was when they started. Thanks Tim
