"Omar and Josh arrived earlier than scheduled but called first. Were pleasant, professional and informative. They steam clean the tile and grout as well as applied a cleaning agent to the grout. Then let me choose between 4 different grout colors. On their knees with a toothbrush they meticulously applied the new grout color. upon completion my tile and grout appeared new. What a difference! Have had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and resealed a couple of times prior to this by other companies, while the results were good they pale in comparison to this cleaning and recolor. In addition, my laminate floor was buffed with a neutral cleaner, in my living room and hallway. Will definitely use again for my tile maintenance needs."

I had a new shower built with white subway tile on the walls and porcelain tile on the floor with black grout. The contractor who did the grout did a terrible job. The grout was uneven, grout was all over the wall and floor tile, and it was an absolute mess. Planet Green cleaned it up and made it look great. They are easy to work with and show up on time. "The ice/water lever on our Samsung refridgerator broke, leving us without filtered water.  The ice we could get by taking out the ice tray and emptying it into a bowl.  I went on line to order the part so I could replace it myself.   After the part arrived, i looked for on line you-tube instructions on how to replace it.  There were no you-tube demonstrations.  So, rather than make things worse, I  found Jose at First Priority Appliance Repair.   We made an appointment for September 3.  He called to tell us he was on his way and he arrived right on time.   He did the needed work professionally and as I watched I was glad I did not try it myself.  It did not take him long to install the new part.  We were, and are, very pleased with his work and will call upon him again when the need arises.  (He was patient with this DIY guy for having ordered the part... he was also glad I stopped before I started, so was I as that would have cost more).  Jose isa very pleasant person and very skilled t his chosen profession.
