"Omar and Josh arrived earlier than scheduled but called first. Were pleasant, professional and informative. They steam clean the tile and grout as well as applied a cleaning agent to the grout. Then let me choose between 4 different grout colors. On their knees with a toothbrush they meticulously applied the new grout color. upon completion my tile and grout appeared new. What a difference! Have had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and resealed a couple of times prior to this by other companies, while the results were good they pale in comparison to this cleaning and recolor. In addition, my laminate floor was buffed with a neutral cleaner, in my living room and hallway. Will definitely use again for my tile maintenance needs."

"From my first contact with Planet Green the owners were punctual to respond and come over for an estimate. The work is performed by Mike and Miranda Johnston, the owners. Their speciality is tile and grout work only. They're very good at what they do! We agreed to have the tile/grout floor cleaned. If we still wanted to have the grout color changed they would return on another day to do so. That was our choice. Our tile/grout is over twenty years old. It now looks brand new. "After the new ice maker was installed we paid for this service.  Another problem was detected after the bill had been paid, but Mr. Alvarez repaired this problem free of charge.  He was very helpful removing all of the food from the refrigerator because he had to reach the back panel for this repair.  We appreciate his professionalism and skill and will always call on him if we have an appliance problem.

Tony provided a prompt and accurate quote for the work to be performed.

He explained the process and the expected timeline, which included removal of an existing deck. He and his crew were even able toad the removal of a concrete pad found under the gazebo when it was removed. The removal of that only delayed the job one day and added minimal cost to the effort. The patio was poured and looks wonderful. Tony even came back the next day to check that everything was setting up well and that the yard had been restored and the area cleaned. I would repeat this experience any time and plan to have Texas Outdoor Escapes back next year to add a cover to the patio.
